Perfect over-night stay. Room exceptionally clean and warm. Shower room and toilet also very clean. Easy to find from Hastings train station - only a short walk. Good location for Battle of Hastings, Hastings castle, stroll along the beach and Hastings Bonfire parade. Good, reasonable room rate. Would definitely highly recommend.

We requested an early check- in , which was confirmed . The room was small but very clean and everything worked well. We had a mini fridge , big TV , small en-suite ( which had recently been renovated ) . The bed was comfortable . Overall , this suited us well for the one night we stayed , perhaps a longer stay would have been a bit more of restrictive , but very decent and a reasonable price. There was no breakfast available at the time we stayed .....but is available on occasions , so worth checking. There was a cafe within 2 minutes . The position is good for the centre of town , but the old town is a bit of a trek , but taxis are available.

Stayed here with my wife and 6 year-old daughter. It was meant to be a two night stay but left after 1 day. There was a strong smell of urine coming from the carpet. Wouldn't blame the hotel as a guest previous has clearly done this and it's dried into the carpet albeit needs cleaning. The bit really upset about is when hotel emailed by us, instead of checking they accused us of potentially wetting the bed amd breaking equiptment in the room (only used one glass ro drink water). We wwnt tobtravel lodge at expense to ourselves (just incase money cited as a reason) Hotel was actually nice, but the carpet and customer service let them down.

Wow, what a pleasure to stay here. Wasn't expecting too much BUT the Selnac was perfect. Incredible clean and comfortable, amazing bed pillows etc. Fantastic shower and super super clean. 100% would stay again

My friend and I stayed here for a little weekend away and I wasn’t disappointed. The room (the basement) was lovely, clean and spacious, the host was welcoming and accommodating. The shower was great and location of the property amazing, with 24 hour parking across the road for under £9!!! Breakfast wasn’t available but would have been welcome and slightly darker curtains as it got super bright in the morning, we couldn’t work the TV to listen to music but this isn’t really a flaw and more our stupidity. All in all I would highly recommend xx
