I was book Junior Suite for the hotel but once entering , there is white stain on the floor like it never clean , also some black flake around.. Reception and Housekeeping came to see and they agree to move us to a new room which is not really different but a bit better. Just only if I asked for a spare key , but she just said that is the only one keycard of this room for the whole hotel.. Okay Fine!!
The next day , we need to use the room for web-meeting after lunch and ask them to make up room during 2 hours lunch outside .. I told both the reception and press the sign at the room. Once we back to set up the meeting , Room was not clean , It is really a pissed .. that we have to wait downstairs another 20 mins and have to rush back for meeting. I asked the housekeeping that how many person work as housekeeping here , she said only herself. Thats why room is dirty even it is not full. I can see how poor of the hotel's management
And staff there look ignorance a lot ,, never say sorry or even offer us a drink or something , no service mind

nothing special at all. staff were rude. location is good. rooms we're spacious. wifi was ok. rooms have had no maintenance and could use a good cleaning. are room seemed to be falling apart and was starting to grow mould in the shower. the shower is not thought out well with the curtain inside the glass. nightclub somewhere that thankfully shuts down at. midnight otherwise the thumping base would not lead to a good night sleep. better places with better value to stay
Probably the best hotel in Hat Yai, but...

We booked this hotel because of the photos snd ratings as well as the lack of choice...
Rooms are nice, but need some maintance / touch up here and there.
Staff is very young and trying.
The breakfast and hotel restaurant next door has a "charm" of a university cantine. Bfast is 100% asian targed, westerners will miss proper cerials, choice of bread, variety of jams, Nutella and honey, pan cakes, bacon (pork or beef)...
The hotel bar "SOUL BAR" is not existing, the pool area needs a proper bamboo leaf broming.
The hotel is located central but without much live, shopping and food choices around.
Just find another hotel....

I have to admit I'm glad that we only stayed here for one night. We stayed in their junior suite which was very clean. However, there's no hot water running in their taps nor shower. The worst part was their breakfast. Breakfast started at 630am located next to the hotel. I agree with the other reviewers, just skip it. We got there at 630 am and their hot food were all cold. I have no idea how that was even possible and I was concerned how long the food was sitting out there. So we ended up walking out and bought some cup noodles from 7 eleven as our breakfast. If we didn't need to stop by Hat Yai before we head to Koh lipe, I don't think we would ever come back.

Interesting boutique hotel away from the city yet within the city. Unassuming location but decent. There’s a 7E within walking distance and a cosy coffee place next to the hotel.
Hotel has a cosy lobby but amenities are a little suspect. Breakfast is served at a restaurant next to the hotel and please do not expect much coz’ the spread was rather disappointing. I am not gonna even bother explaining or describing what was served...just disappointed!
Modern standard room was ok and comfy but a little pricey. Nice room size. Pleasant experience except for the nasty encounter in the bathroom with a small baby gecko. I hate gecko’s!!! Hello house keeping!!!
Well...its a bit difficult to rate this hotel as I had mixed feelings about this place. Not too sure whether I will visit again. Maybe if all the other places are fully booked...then only maybe.
Nothing more to do in Hatyai.
