It was an awesome trip at millennium Hotel and convention center Kuwait I miss alot management and all staff perfect I have no words how to tell them thanks If I get chance I will live again in millennium Hotel kuwait.
Good but not too good could be better
I stayed at millennium for more than 4 months i find millennium staff very firendly and professional except some I have my views on food quality which is mostly below average They always promise to prive us with better food but i end up getting the same So only 2 stars for food rest 4 Gym and swimming pool was mostly closed due to COVID restrictions

Absolutely outstanding hotel. We had a 4months 9 days stay in Millennium. The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful.The hotel is very clean throughout, and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. The location was very convenient.Thanx allot to management of Millennium hotel for everything thing.
Average
We have been staying in the hotel for last 3-4 months. Initially, the services were excellent but eventually the quality got down particularly housekeeping and food services. Consistency needs to be ensured. Also allow the guests to use the stairs. Their is provision of elevator only to move up and down stairs and staircase is for emergency use only. Not all guests prefer elevator (It is an unhealthy option compared to the staircase which is a healthier one).Thank You.
