Excellent Friendly Helpful Customer Service
I recently had the pleasure of calling this hotel, twice. I was having trouble figuring something out on my reservation. Even though I booked through a third party both people I spoke to were kind, patient and extremely helpful. Went out of their way to find a phone number for me and were just NICE. Thank you to those I spoke with for not getting frustrated with me and my endless struggle with technology.
Front Desk Very Helpful
Answered all my questions and then asked what they could do in addition to make my stay good. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I asked if I could get a copy of my bill and they brought it right up to my room.
Driver
Everything was nice. The rooms were clean breakfast was good. No complaints truck parking was “real truck parking” The bed were nice and comfy. Front desk was awesome. Cleaning staff was great. When we ask for extra towels front desk didn’t give us a hard time. Greatly appreciated.
One night stay
It was a nice hotel for a one night stay on a quick family trip. Room was clean and smelled nice. Pool was great and kids loved it. Only concern is had to leave really early the next morning and they had the front doors chained and locked.
Excellent hotel and service
My wife, one of our sons and I stayed at this hotel. We got a big double room with 3 queen size beds. Everything was very clean. Receptionist were great. Breakfast was very good. The only problem is that we could not swim in the hotel's swimming pool because the water was extremely cold.
