Terrible experience, there are better hotels in the area, especially for the money. The room was very musty, it obviously had not been cleaned in a while and it had an odor. We found a few dead roaches in the corners of the room. Shower had mold in it. Breakfast always ran out by 9. The place advertises a kitchen, but I guess you have to bring your own utensils, plates, etc. We stayed there for 3 nights and complained about the condition of the room. The front desk gave us a can of air freshener. I would never stay there again and recommend to avoid. Honestly, at $90 a night this place was a rip off.
Wonderful sleep and great location

Spent only one night here, but it was an excellent experience. Highly recommend this hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, fluffy towels, great location near dam area of Greers Ferry Lake. Room included microwave and small fridge. Very quiet location. Exceptionally friendly front desk staff. Above average for a Quality Inn.
worst hotel i have stayed at this year by far

the room smelled like urine, bed was too hard (personal opinion) woke up in pain everyday, the internet was very bad (would not even load the pictures of movies on netflix) breakfast was terrible. cheap un fully cooked biscuits, scrambled eggs and they would leave plates of pancakes out that looked terrible (recommend the mcdonalds down the road). Also, i put a topper on my bed under the sheet and they refused to make my bed everyday leaving a note saying because i had items on the bed they wont make the bed. people at the front desk did not greet nor cared to hear about your problems...
Quiet, safe and confortable

The title says it all. The room was clean and spacious. It was quiet and restful. The breakfast is nothing to write home about: scrambled eggs, bisquit, gravy, juice, cereal, etc. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Convenient location on edge of town.

This has always been our choice for accommodations while in Heber Springs because of price and location. We missed traveling the last couple of years because of health issues and returned for the weekend.
Although everyone was nice and accommodating the breakfast has really taken a hit (no fruit?) and now they have a malfunctioning pancake machine vs the waffles that was our family’s favorite. The rooms and grounds are clean as always but they are definitely dated and could use a bit of modernization. Discounted travel is non existent unless you’re a choice privilege customer.
I think I’ll take my military and senior discount elsewhere for future visits and drive the extra two-three minutes to our daytime destination.
