Hajé hotel Heerenveen

Average hotel, single room, with a bed that's mattress was not very supportive. The shower was not working but this was quickly rectified with a new part. The breakfasts cheeses looked very dry, and the surfaces in the dining room were not up to British standards. Complaints were made by other customers on the weekend that their was no receptionist on the desk for hours.

This is perfectly fine hotel in a very convenient location with easy access to the town centre as well as the connecting roads to elsewhere. Great for travellers. The hotel is being refurbished and the rooms that have had the treatment are lovely. Some of the olders ones will greatly benefit once they're done. Service is efficient and friendly and overall the place is clean. The main building feels past it's glory days, but as a place to stay a few nights it's great. Best price in town as well. Haje is a chain that's worth checking out elsewhere too. They have some really nice places to choose from.

I booked this hotel as a last minute resort for a long weekend as all hotels in the Netherlands were almost full. The hotel was reasonable prices, the rooms were a bit old fashioned and small, but for the price it is ok, and we only came back to sleep in the room after sightseeing, the bed was however comfortable. Buffet breakfast and Dinner buffet were great. Overall it has a motel ambience. Ample free parking available and easily accessible from the highway.

A hotel that is ready for drastic renovation. Beds were clean but room was muffy. Add the noise from the highways. Breakfast wasnt super. Would not go back. There are most probably better alternatives in Heerenveen.

Just one night but it was very clean, quiet and I enjoyed it very much. A very good price for this lovely place. Easy to find and so nice for the good price. Great breakfast. I plan to go back a few times. Haje is a really nice chain that always delivers more than the cost to stay.
