I'm in the process of moving and have to stay at the hotel through the transition. They are doing more than just accommodating me; making sure I have everything I need to stay comfortable. The rooms are great and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Special thanks to Laura, Ebony and Gayle

stayed one night at this hotel , location is good , just off I-85，and next to the mall. front desk staff Ebony was very sweet, she helped me book the one night stay at reasonable rate. thank you, Ebony. the building is under remodeling status.

Great hotel , great customer service skillls very clean rooms employees are grade A will definitely recommend the whole process went very smoothly from checking in to checking out they do everything possible to make sure your stay is very comfortable

This hotel was clean. That was the best I can say about the hotel. The room barely had enough towels. The breakfast that was advertised was closed. They did give you a breakfast bag. This consisted of a small bottle of juice, a packaged danish and an apple. They didn't even offer coffee in the lobby. The coffee in the room was weak and nasty. There were people yelling and running all night in the halls. Yelling and noisy people in parking lot. If you expect to get rest don't stay here.

By far the worst hotel I have ever checked in in over 30 years. I see you checked in because we never stayed we left immediately. At check in employee had mask around neck, lol. We then headed to room via side entrance where door was open, I tried to pull shut to lock but lock was broken. Entered room and the most horrible smell of weed and crack. Watching out window for 2 minutes quickly realized hotel is a drug den. Left immediately and headed back to Raleigh to spend the night. They also refused to refund
