I was forced to leave my home with the family for one night - Friday night - 24 hours. I arrived to the hotel on Friday, June 9th, 2pm, and left 24 hours later. We were 2 adults, 1 teenager and 2 kids, so we took 2 rooms with connecting doors. I must admit I didn’t have much expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are not big but very well equipped. The bed (king size) was very big and comfortable, the shower was amazing - very hot water and very strong water current. I just didn’t want to finish my shower. The pool is on the roof. Beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The pool is not big and not deep (105 cm) so young kids can swim under parents guidance. On Friday and Saturday there were many people around the pool, most of them young couples - not too many families - but the kids had lots of fun. I also went to the gym. Small but very nice. Breakfast was served in the Lobby’s level. The buffet was small but rich and tasty. No complaints in this section. Location wise, the hotels is a mere 10 minutes walk from the marina and sea shores, and 2 mi utes walk from many restaurants and clubs. Excellent location. But the best attribute of the hotel was the level of service from the staff - friendly, resourceful, useful. All of them. In the check-in, in the restaurant, in the pool’s bar, everywhere. I must assume that whenever you have good service, there are good managers too. All in all - very good experience for a very fair price. Well done Publica!

We stayed 5-6 July, 2 adults and 3 kids. We received an amazing complex which included 2 rooms hidden by a large door at the end of the corridor so basically it was a very large two bedroom suite. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Pool was amazing, music was great, food at the pool was superb and the hotel bar was amazing. 2nd day we got to the pool around 10:30am. Bar was still closed. My wife and kids wanted something to drink. My wife went down to the lobby area and asked for drinks to take up to the rooftop pool. Not only that they told my wife take whatever drink you want (free), Orange Juice, Grapefruit Juice, Lemonade etc. but I will also help you carry it up to the pool. His name was Tomer - exceptional service. All in all, I can say this is by far one of the best overall hotel experiences I had in Israel.

great hotel ,clean, looks new ,very helpful staff .good breakfast. the pool at the roof is nice. a lot of great restaurants around the hotel. we stayed just for one night with another couple and we had great time. and ism sure that we will stay here again.

This is the second time staying in this hotel, i really love this hotel, first of all, its new, modern and clean. there is a prefect gym, which is difficult to find in a hotel, rooftop pool which is really nice. Breakfast is so good, like a boutique style, and not those huge buffet, every product is unique. Service is really good, staff is really helpful. downsides: check in and check out time is so long, always you needed to wait for reception. almost no one from the staff is wearing mask as they should, not at the reception, not house keeping, not at the bar, and not the shift manager. parking - this might be the worse thing in the hotel, it makes no sense that they have no arrangement with any of the parkings in the area, especially when there is a parking at the same building and you can even reach it with the hotel's lift. so this parking is a rip off (65 per day, single entry), so even if you are staying for one night, you pay 130 NIS. parking should be a basic service. still good hotel, but there are some issues that should be fixed.

This property still hold pending hold on my card after the “promised” to remove with the condition of me paying entire stay the day I ck inn...not only then took all payment at once (super rude) as well they hole NEVER removed from my credit card (the only one I have with no fees/abroad) as those results I had to use my Chase credit card....it’s super nice hotel but not BAD management should not represent our U.S. base Marriott.B/V N.P Las Vegas, NV
