BECAREFUL STAYING HERE

So first they did not disclose that they were actually charging my card and holding funds not just for the room but for "incidentals". $25 per day I stayed. Then after being told by a staff member that this would be refunded to my card (it was not) then I was charged twice for my stay. I attempted to resolve with the GM Mr. Khan and he apparently does not like to speak to women. I was charged more than was originally told and then charged twice. Also after the first night of sleeping under a comforter I found was appeared to be a bodily fluids stain. I brought this also to Mr. Khan's attention and he stated he didnt care.

Recommended this hotel to my niece for her wedding reception. Block of rooms were booked. Rooms were dirty. French fries on the floor for 2 days near the elevators. No housekeeping services (covid excuse). Breakfast was horrible. Food was old, not replenished, dried out. Staff were VERY unfriendly. Would never recommend this place.

This is an average hotel and the staff is not overly friendly but they have no breakfast, citing COVID restrictions. THERE ARE NO COVID RESTRICTIONS preventing this hotel from providing breakfast, it’s just an excuse for them to save money.

Very Fresh and Clean

I stopped over for an overnight and was very impressed. This location is newly renovated and very stylish. I love the fresh scent when I walked in the room. Along with the new updates, you can smell the cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable and lots of lighting options to make your room as bright or cozy as needed. The staff was awesome upon checking in and checking out. And they give a 12 noon check out. That's amazing!!!! And I still needed extra time and they gave me 30 more minutes. I only needed 15. Wonderful experience!

Newly Refurbished Hotel

Stayed overnight at this hotel and found it to be newly refurbished and much nicer than it was in the past. Good bed and very clean. Breakfast was the usual Holiday Inn food but area was very clean and well maintained.
