Un hotel a destacar por las razones que detallo: Está bien situado, tiene buen precio en estancia y servicios que ofrece, muy tranquilo, trato excelente de plantilla y estado magnífico de las instalaciones. Sin duda alguna volvería a elegirlo

Booked in to stay the night after a family wedding, knew i wouldnt be in a fit state to drive home! Wedding was fantastic, food tasty and venue great. My room was lovely, very clean and bed comfortable. The staff were very friendly and kind. There was plenty to eat at breakfast and being a Coeliac was so pleased that the sausages were gluten free and i asked if they had any bread for toast...which they did! My breakfast was the best! I would fully recomend staying here, had a lovely time. xx

Very welcoming hotel. It provided us with all the services we required. Neat and tidy. Excellent, very pleasant and efficient staff, especially those working in the kitchen and restaurant. Room was of a very high standard and we could control the temperature easily.

We went for my wife’s birthday. The atmosphere was very relaxed and our evening meal was absolutely lovely. The hotel and the room were perfectly clean. Breakfast was good too. However, above all this was the service fromage staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they were a pleasure to be with. Thanks for making my wife’s birthday so good. We will definitely go back

My Christmas party this year was held at this hotel and I also stayed the night. The evening was fine although the meal was disappointingly small. During the evening, I ordered two bottles of prosecco to share with colleagues. I asked the price when I purchased the first bottle, it was £27.50. Because I already knew the price, and to be honest I'd had a few drinks so was probably not as careful, I didn't ask the price or look at the receipt the second time. I was horrified the next day to find that I had been charged £37.50 for the second bottle. I have emailed the hotel 4 times, twice I had no response then called and asked for the managers email address. I was given the email address for the director of operations. He replied but suggested that I must have bought something else (I hadn't). He asked for my contact number which I sent, he never called and has ignored the second email I sent. My advice, check every receipt as it seems that they like to charge more later in the evening! I realise this is my error but I expected more when I realised my mistake.
