pre-arrival, check in, duration of stay, and check out, seamless and top notch. Decorated the room with birthday greeting and amenities. Busy weekend at the pool but was handled particularly well by the Aussie gentleman. Was empathetic and patient with guests, well handled. Food outlets top notch. would highly recommend
Staycationing
Great option for a staycation in these covid times... heated pool great for the kids, gym well organised and spa treatment and quality of overall experience was great! We very much enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which covered off on all types of breakfast'y fare and both of our dinners at Kaetsu and One Harbour were stupendous!
Outstanding soft and Hard Amenities
We had only been to the restaurants and the old club JJs at the Grand Hyatt so we decided to try a Staycation there. It was fantastic. Because of the hotel's location and absence of adjacent tall buildings the harbour view rooms afford a panoramic view both HK and Kowloon sides and all the way out to the Tsing Ma bridge and beyond to Tuen Mun. Pool access has been an issue with other Staycations we have taken but in this case the management has implemented two hour time slots which worked well and were readily accepted by guests. What impressed us the most though was the customer service. We are not in the habit of complaining but decided to do so regarding a minor issue and the follow up was outstanding - the meticulousness and speed in resolving the issue was an unexpected and most pleasant surprise. We've had over 10 Staycations over the last year and this is up there with the best of them
Grand Staycation
Looking for a Grand get away and world class service, look no further. During these non travel times having a break in our own city is truely recommended at the Grand Hyatt. The team at the club lounge ensured that we treated and well taken care off.
Fabulous staycation
We had a fabulous half term staycation-the staff were fantastic, throughout the hotel. From Susanna at Check in to Marcus and Tammy at Grissini's. The favourite part of our stay. Wonderful food, great ambience but made that bit more special by Tammy and Marcus. Chef Marcello & Alessio on hand to round off the evening. Pool and Gym were excellent & breakfast was outstanding. We had a wonderful room with great views. All in all a great stay. Thanks!
