Rooms- Always consistently good love the fluffy pillows, the bed is large and mattress comfy. The showers are powerful though bathrooms are on the large side. If you want extra pillows or towels you can order on the app it’s handy. Food- Breakfast was included in the room rate, we knew it was not going to be good during corona times. Service- Housekeeping do a good job and the receptionist staff are always so welcoming and polite.. I would strongly recommend in hounslow and near heathrow area.

I stayed over for one night whilst waiting on my connecting flight the following day. I was expected at check in and the gentleman was very pleasant and explained the breakfast options and handed me my key card for the room. The room was very pleasant, a lot nicer than I was expecting and the bed was very comfortable and there was no noise heard from my room. The en suite bathroom was clean. The bath is exceptionally high for getting in and out the shower which some folk may need to be mindful of. The free Wifi was good which allowed me to continue to work at night. Check out in the morning was a breeze with the arrangement of the owner taking me to the airport he was ready at my requested time and was an exceptionally nice person as we had a nice chat on the way to the airport. The car could use a valet since this is a paid for service but I wasn’t to bothered as my company was picking up the tab and I’m not overly picky. There is a Tesco express a short walk away and a few take away food outlets, the hotel is also serviced well by Uber Eats with many places to choose from and the other big pizza delivery companies also service the area so arranging something for dinner isn’t an issue even for the pickiest of eaters. There is several bus stops and an underground station on the same street so I assume it’s not hard getting around using public transport with the stops very close to the hotel.

I want to start by saying this guest house had comfy beds, was clean and the owner Sunny went out of his way to accommodate us. I wish he had been there to deal with us instead of his manager. Upon arrival we were made to feel like we were suspicious people, asking for ID (never needed anywhere else) and card details (even though we were paying cash). Felt really uncomfortable when he tried to ask us to give him £50 deposit for the room (again never heard of that anywhere iv stayed) and refused. They then asked if we'd like continental breakfast in the morning £7 per person. A bit steep I thought but we had to eat somewhere so we paid it. For that cost we got 2 slices of toast, a selection of lidl brand cereals, some warm yoghurt and rotten fruit. Very unsatisfactory and left hungry. Also at breakfast we overheard a conversation between the manager and person in the kitchen saying "why did they need to be here, we were fully booked why did sunny let them stay here, they should have been at the other place (we had booked their other hotel but the owner went out of his way to let us stay here because of where we needed to travel while in London) I felt that was so rude as we knew it was about us and in earshot. Won't be returning. Also a tip, it is not 3.4 miles from Wembley as advertised on booking.com , but around 10. Is £25 approx by uber, 41mins drive in the car or 2tubes 1hour 19mins.

This was an excellent position for us being so close to.the train station for access to London. We used the private car park which was a very welcome benefit. The room was nicely decorated and clean with everything that we needed for our stay. I have given a 4* rating only because we thought the continental breakfast could be improved upon.
