Terrible customer service, worst breakfast ever.
Pros- Close to where I needed to be. Cons- 1. Rude and snobbish receptionist - After a long drive, we were welcomed by a receptionist who seemed to either hate her job or just didn’t know what she’s doing. 2. Worst breakfast- we woke up early thinking we will have a decent breakfast but to no avail. We were given to go breakfast with FROZEN sandwiches. FROZEN! What a great way to start our day! 3. Beat up property - see pictures You’ve been warned.
Rude staff
Rude and very snobbish staff, they don’t recognize u let alone respect you. It’s been 4 days and I still haven’t received my deposit. He told me it will be refunded when ever it’s ready. Very rude and stupid to say.
Sufficient
I stayed here during the water outage in Houston. My needs weren’t that great where accommodations were concerned. The room was clean. My neighbors across the hall were a bit loud, but they obviously will not be there when you arrive. The front desk clerks wore their masks hanging off of their noses and the attendant that helped me didn’t bother to give me any instructions to the elevator. In fact, she seemed rather irritated that I even asked. I would stay here again in an emergency, but would not recommend to any family members that are visiting as the location is not ideal.
Not so good
1.) Ants in bathroom 2.) Desk attendants are not aware of of all amenities hotel provides 3.) Room had trash in it at check in 4.) rooms are dated 5.) no attendant at desk. Was delayed during checkout and missed my flight
Great La Quinta
I was recognized as a rewards member by Jamie at Checkin and upgraded to a suite. Good look. It’s a clean hotel room. Above average La Quinta. One of my best wyndham stays ever. I would highly recommend.
