New but DISGUSTING

To start off with when we arrived approx. 10:30 p.m. they did not have our reservation. It was booked thru a 3rd. party web site and was prepaid. While as I was waiting another customer came up, so I let him go ahead of me. He asked for a 3 hr. room. He paid $35.00 cash, no registration. The front desk clerk just stuck the cash in a drawer, gave him a key and he was on his way. Looks like they cater to prostitution to me. After I showed her our paper work and she made a phone call to the manager She finally gave me a room. Within 15 min. there was a knock at our door. It was the front desk clerk, very rudely demanding a credit card, stating the room was not paid for. After arguing with her I called the 3rd party web site. I explained the situation to them, and they called the hotel and finally got things straightened out. Finally time to relax. Not quite. The dead bolt on the door did not work, there was no hole in the door frame. The area to hang your clothes had no hangers. There was no coffee maker. There was no alarm clock. Okay get over all that, time to sleep. Not Quite. Thru out the night we were awakened by something being rolled across the sidewalk in front of our room. After the 3rd. time, approx. 3:30 am. I got up and took a look. There was a housekeeper rolling a cart to a room. It appeared they had a night house keeper clean the rooms after the hookers were thru with their 3 hr. room. This happened another 3 or 4 time during the night. In the morning I went down to grab the continental breakfast and a coffee (no coffee maker in room, remember). What a joke. 3 types of cereal, milk, juice and coffee. That was it. This hotel is new, only open a few moths, I hate to see what is like in another few months.
