Clean, safe, great prices
I have stayed at this hotel many times. The room is always clean, the staff is thoughtful and friendly, and the price is great. I feel safe here and parking is convenient. There is easy access to I-10, stores and restaurants. You won't be disappointed.
Great Trip
It was a great trip to katy, while my stay with Palacio royale inn boutique was wonderful. They are newly build well maintained and clean. I sure recommend this place. I love the location, easy to go in and out. They have bunch of restaurants around which makes it great.
OK Hotel but credit hard holding fee was not refunded
I was charged a $150 credit card holding fee that was supposed to be refunded. Staff does not speak English well making resolving this issue impossible. When I called to fix the charge the manager only took my first name and phone number and said he would call me back. I doubt that is enough information to actually check their systems. Manager has not call me back. The hotel itself is new and clean. The rooms are reasonably priced but not when you factor in them steeling the deposit.
Noisey Hotel - thought I was at the Daytona 500
This is a new hotel, I expected to have a good experience. The place is cheaply made, there is no insulation. You can hear your neighbors and I-10. It is like trying to sleep during the Daytona 500. No rest at all. The rate they charge me was $69 compared to the web site that says $56. Go figure.... There parking lot is small and not enough parking spaces when the place is full. The concrete out side is not even and your could trip. This needs attention.
new but not good for sleep
newish looking hotel and clean. but both nights guests hang out on balcony - talk and slam doors literally all night. different guests each night. I don't recommend this place for people that need sleep and have jobs the next morning. there needs to be a 10pm no noise policy that's checked on and enforced if business travelers are to take this place seriously.
