They are thieves

To make a long story short. A mistake was made on my reservation, not by me, I called immediately to get it fixed or my money refunded and they wouldn't help. Kept my $ 202 and some change.. I work for Hampton/Hilton and my GM would never keep somebodies money like that, she would see to it that it was fixed and possibly given something else to make up for the mistake. OYO YOU ARE PATHETICLY CROOKS!! This was 4/18/2021.

ZERO security

Reviewed 13 may, 2020

The room was decent. The shower had very poor pressure; like taking a shower in an RV. The Asian girl at the counter is very unfriendly! Most of the staff are pretty nice and helpful except the manager. The hotel is on the edge of a bad neighborhood and next to a freeway. I see in retrospect now, that is a bad mix because there is ZERO security except for cameras. My work van was stolen from the parking lot right in front of the hotel containing 10 grand or more worth of tools I make my living with. The bad neighborhood provides the criminal element; the freeway provides a quick getaway. The hotel manager still has not sent me video of the incident and promised he would. My van was found, minus my tools. Now I have to go back there from Ohio t retrieve it minus my tools. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

If you need drugs go here

Reviewed 9 january, 2020

This hotel was exactly I had expected due to the low price i found. Entire hotel stinks and smells like illegal drugs. People are literally selling/buying drugs inside. I never post reviews but I had to for this one. I will never visit a single OYO every in my life. DO NOT BRING KIDS HERE.

Surprisingly great value!

Room was clean, updated and very roomy. Everything worked great. Although we were facing the highway, the noise was tolerable. Curtains are see through, so light comes in early. Never heard other guests. They are not serving breakfast as they are renovating since they changed from Quality Inn. Employees were friendly. Elevator, ice and vending machines all worked. Location was only 15 minutes from downtown. Bed was large and comfortable. We got an amazing price, so we will absolutely stay here again.

Super friendly staff and great breakfast !

Reviewed 10 september, 2018

I checked out of my main hotel in Houston to stay at the Quality Inn Mr Yong the General Manager picked me up via the hotel's free shuttle and was most charming and friendly. Daisy at check in was impressed I had the correct payment and joked that it would cost USD 30.00 for a USA Today ! The lift was out of use on the 1st floor ( ground floor in the UK ) but luckily my room was on the ground floor anyway ! After settling in I noted the noise due to traffic from the neighbouring motorway ; the hotel was quite motel like. The room, whilst clean had worn decor and I couldn't open the door leading to the patio. Not that the view was great anyway. The door lock wasn't very secure. It then started pouring with rain. As I was tired I fell asleep. As a choice member I was offered a Free Premium water bottle but I also bought snacks from the vending machine and enjoyed free ice from the ice machine ! On checkout I asked if I can work in the lobby and delay my dropoff as I had two hours until the checkin for my flight would open – I got use of the 2 seat business centre to type up some work and got given a wifi password. Ms Lucero was very nice and friendly. I met Mr Yong too who agreed to delay my dropoff to George Bush Intercontinental. Domingo the handyman dropped me to the airport for 1530pm. Well done to Mr Yong for such a great team ! The staff are really friendly and treat you personally. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee with French vanilla milk simply outstanding ! There was a range of juices, eggs, breads, pastries even a waffle making machine ! For future stays I would probably choose a location closer to the airport as this hotel is around 30 minutes drive away. Plus the noise and worn decor don't make for a decadent experience. If the hotel has a makeover I will definately return !
