One night stay company trip

Reviewed 3 october, 2019

I found the hotel very clean , room was ok for short cheap stay . There is a kettle in room but no cups only glasses. The only down side the room is you could people in next room so not sound proof. I could not hear any sounds from outside . The black out shutters count fit a bit better. There is a car park at the side of the hotel. So you need to turn into the Soi (road) after index shopping center. The hotel staff were ok but not over friendly which is a shame for a small hotel. The breakfast is ok for the value to pay , but do expect to much. When you check in they will ask for a 1,000THB deposit which there was no problem to get back. The view from hotel is not that good , you look out at car park at front , and the sea view is a long way over many homes. The beach in this area is not good lots of rubbish on it to .

Villa hua hin

It's clearn and friendly staff nothing extra ordinary. The hotel will charge your for everything you request. Example extra pillow will cost you 200 bath and they would tell you when you ask for it or when delivery it. They will ask to pay the following day which you don't have a option to say NO. My husband and daughter arrive earlier by one day and I booked a deluxe room with 2 single bed. Upon check-in hotel ask to pay editional 300 bath. So nothing is free here. This a negative impact I would say.

Beautiful new building, good bed, good value for money. In front of the hotel good handmade coffee at 7eleven Location quite far from the center, scooter necessary. Wanted to stay for 2 nights, ended up with 14.

Didn't meet expectations

Reviewed 9 january, 2019

We had a one-night stay at the hotel, booking it after all the great reviews and for the affordable price. However, the hotel didn't meet our expectations. - We arrived parking in the Villa/Index compound. The hotel had a door, right next to the front desk/lobby area, so I knocked it (it was locked). The front desk lady said we couldn't park there but had to go out to the main road and come at another entrance. After all the confusion and parking at another area, it was fine, but just felt like the lady wasn't too welcoming -- just instructing us from her chair, even though it was raining, I was confused, and my boyfriend's trying to unload all our things from the car in the rain. - We arrived at night and were given the room 408 (handed a key card and went to the room ourselves). We found chunks of dust in front of the toilet, wasn't really sure what it was. But tried not to think too much and just covered it with a floor mat/towel. We were given a room that connects to another one -- it was locked so it didn't bother us much. However, we could hear the people in the other room talking very loudly and could hear their TV. Since it was getting late and we were tired, I called to ask the front desk if we could switch rooms. - Fortunately, there was another room available. We were taken to room 304. It is also a room that connects to another room, but the connecting room was vacant. In this room, we didn't see the "chunks of dust" in the bathroom, but we found a big bug in the toilet. Flushed it and tried to forget about it. - We were unable to sleep that night. There was a concert/party next door at Index/Villa Market -- probably a staff party. We understand that this wasn't the hotel's fault, but it kept going on until 2 in the morning -- it was so loud, we couldn't sleep. It was as if we left our window open. Aside from the outside noises, we could also hear EVERYTHING from the room next door -- from flushing the toilet, to talking, to turning on the shower, to opening the door. The guests in the next room were already up by 4-5am and we just couldn't sleep. The walls were paper-thin. Throughout the night, we could also hear people opening/closing doors in other rooms on the floor and hear people walking around. - Overall, we were just unhappy with our stay. The design of the hotel is nice, but cleanliness, peacefulness, privacy were just not there. - There was breakfast available for extra charge -- we didn't have it, but walked past it and it looked like they just had cereal and bread. Very minimum choice.

Cosy and affordable

Reviewed 25 november, 2018

Stayed here for 2 nights. Cosy place, with large parking space. Room is small, but with a good bed. Elevator from reception level. Very good WiFi and good selection on the tv channels. Shopping mall just outside the hotel.
