El mejor hotel en el que he estado!!!!! Muy barato, desayuno increíble, la atención excepcional, te dejan bicis, te alquilan motor a buen precio y merece la pena perder se con la moto par aver paisajes maravillosos. Te informan de todo, te llevan al autobús cuando necesites irte a otro lugar, h te preparan almuerzo para llevar. Una atención increíble y las habitaciones super limpias

Trato de personal e instalaciones. Fruta de bienvenida y desayuno a la carta. Además nos hicieron el favor de hacer el check in antes y pudimos déjarlo todo después de un viaje en tren y pasear tranquilos. 100% recomendamos el sitio

This place was awesome. The staff are incredible: they really go out of their way to make you feel at home. I cycle in each city I visit and the free bikes that were offered were by far the best I’ve ever experienced from a hotel. The location is amazing: it’s a quick walk to the action in town, but located in a residential neighbourhood. I felt immersed in the local culture each time I stepped foot outside the hotel: local kids saying “hello,” the little mom and pop shops offer incredible food, and you get a feel for what life is like living on a riverbank in the ancient capital. The locals are extremely friendly and I felt safe the entire time. Oh yeah, and at the end of the day you have an amazing pool to cool off in. My favourite hotel in Vietnam by far. Shout out to Anne!

We were super impressed from the moment we arrived - we were greeted with fresh juice, a lovely introduction to the hotel and helpful tips on what we would like to do in Hue without feeling we were being pressured into anything.The hotel is situated outside of the tourist area in a quiet neighbourhood, but we were able to walk into town easily enough and we found going as far as the waterfront esplanade and even the Citadel was quite doable. For going further afield on our own we used the hotel provided bikes to explore the many riverside lanes around Hue that took us through neighbourhoods and rice fields which was really quite wonderful.The hotel is brand new and has a lovely relaxing pool area, our rooms were spotless, well appointed with very comfortable beds and we enjoyed having our own balcony as well. The breakfast service was fresh and delicious, and if you are willing to be a bit adventurous, there are some great vietnamese bbq restaurants close by (you may need google translate to order but it's worth it). Our whole time at Orchid Riverside we were very well taken care of by all of the staff, particularly Ms. Melinda and Ms. Hung, who also made arranging transport and booking us with an excellent tour guide a seamless process. Everyone at the hotel made us feel welcome and went above and beyond in providing excellent service and help even after we had checked out. Seriously - if we had more time we would have stayed longer in Hue because of this hotel!

The hotel has a very good location in a quiet neighbourhood We had a very pleasant room, with good beds and bathroom. The bicycles are free to use. The staff does everything to make you comfortable. When leaving I forgot my reading glasses and the hotel send it to our next location. We really can recommend this hotel! Katrien and Dominique Belgium
