True meaning of comfort.

I had never considered Comfort Suites. I always look at them as cheap hotel. What a mistake. This Comfort Suites is true meaning of comfort. I love the new renovated rooms. The rooms are truly comfortable. It really is comfortable suite. Has sofa in the room, a desk, a microwave, a mini fridge, a Keurig coffee machine, at has everything you need to feel comfortable. Everything is comfortable.

Just a great place to stay. Newly renovated rooms are really nice!! Front desk were awesome. I couldn’t get Internet in my room. They moved me with no questions and then it worked great!! I will definitely stay again when I’m back for work.it’s going to be really nice when they finish the remodel.

A pleasant, clean, and comfy stay!

We enjoyed our stay in a king suite for two nights on a trip to Cornelius/Davidson. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but don't let that frighten you away. First the staff were super friendly and check-in was a breeze. Although much of the area seemed to have given up on masks, the staff were all wearing them, which was reassuring. Masks are still required in common areas. Our suite was clean and much larger than expected including a comfy couch, a desk and chair, two areas to put suitcases, a decent size closet with full ironing board, a mini fridge, Keurig, and ample plugs for charging phones/laptops etc. The bathroom was clean and much like any typical HI Express. Bath and Body Works shampoo/conditioner, lotion, and large towels. The water got hot quickly and he shower had good pressure. The bed was very comfortable and we slept extremely well. We didn't hear any construction noise during our stay. Despite Covid challenges, the hotel offered a lot of breakfast options. You could grab fresh fruit, packaged muffins, Chobani yogurts, cereal, and some hot items like sausage and bacon back to your room. They had regularly refilled coffee and hot water for tea in the hallway near the elevators which was convenient. Location wise the hotel was great. It was near routes 77 and 21, across from Northcross Shopping Center so you had access to fast food restaurants, Harris Teeter, shops like Kohls and Target. We would definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to visit relatives in the area.

We enjoyed our one-night stay at this hotel. Karen at the front desk was very personable, friendly and helpful. The entire hotel looked modern and clean. We felt safe there in this pandemic! Our room was great-spacious, well-decorated and spotless. The only negative was there was no ice available in the entire hotel, I guess because of some construction. Overall we loved the hotel and the area (don’t miss Birkdale Center for great stores and restaurants) and will return nextvyear!!

The king suite room was affordable and comfortable. It was just my husband and I traveling through for one night. The bed was comfortable, and the room had many nice touches that not all Holiday Inn Express locations have... big fluffy towels, nice hand soap, TV remote was in a sanitized holder, and the room was bigger than expected with a few places to sit or place suitcases.
