Escaped the rain!

So just approaching the end of a 2 week holiday here and it’s been a real pleasure. Scenic, rustic, basic and bloody lovely would sum it up. Super friendly staff, staff being severely understated as more like acquaintances. All the previous comments re the dark road, although it ain’t that busy or dangerous tbh, basic rooms, fab if you want that authentic feel, and simple breky apply. Only reasons for not the full house score are the mosquitoes, I’m sure the bushes could be sprayed to keep the little sods more at bay and possibly more re an evening meal just to save you the walk to the strip if it was raining! Otherwise top class
Perfect Honeymoon Hotel

This family run hotel go above and beyond to help and make sure your stay is perfect. If your looking for a relaxing, authentic Rhodes experience this is defiantly the place to go. The breakfast is delicious and we can highly recommend purchasing a Greek Salad for lunch. Advice: take a good mosquito spray as there is quite a few, the hotel kindly provided plug in repellent & take a small torch if you want to take the short walk to town in the evening as the road lighting is not great. We were sad to leave we had an amazing time and were really looked after. We will be visiting again

Lovely hotel very clean and tidy, rooms a bit small especially our balcony see pictures. Staff very friendly and helpful, found it strange that the hotel and bar were closed between 15.30 and 18.30 with no one on hand to help if any problems occurred, which it did when one lady locked herself out of her room and no one answered the phone number on the door, also sign saying drinks and food from super market weren’t allowed around pool and yet the bar was closed. Besides getting bit to death the road down to the main road we found was very dangerous especially at night and the minimum charge for a taxi was 10 euros to travel half a miles. Resort area was not very clean either lots of cats in bins and even a dead one lying by the side of the road. The main road was manic and crossing it was a night mare. We traveled into Rhodes town most nights 15euros which was nice but not cheap. Would we got this resort again no but still enjoyed our break.

Fantastic week away, lovely family run hotel, clean, typically Greek blue and white, Mr Kostas and family are lovely and welcoming, free aircon in room and Wi-Fi... Bit of a walk to main shops and restaurants and had a problem with the mosquitoes... Apart from that it was a fanstastic holiday
Cheeky September break

We went to Pine Trees on 6th Sept, we had a lovely break, the hotel is spotless and is beautifully quaint. The staff really do try to do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. We felt the breakfast could have been a bit better perhaps fresh baked bread rather than white toast but they may have thought that’s what the “brits” want! The hotel is tucked away a little as per the other reviews, we took a torch and the busy-ish road to walk to the main road isn’t really that long. There are quite a few choices for food but some are a distance away and some of the area looks a little run down. That said it did t stop our enjoyment of the holiday. There is a bus stop at the main road (5 min walk) and we took this into Rhodes which is beautiful. We don’t tend to return to places but this was a lovely quiet place to stay. Beaches are Stoney! Water shoes are a good idea.
