ok stay for 1 night only

Opinión escrita el 23 de junio de 2022

there was a weird smell in our room and floor for duration of stay. Cleanliness of the room was also questionable.. only stayed here for price and a quick sleep while on the road. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. There was a pool next door but didn't have time to check it out.

Perfect for short stay.

The inn is located within a short drive to restaurants, Kroger and Walmart. We arrived after 9pm and met Scott who checked us in promptly. The room is big for an inn and has all the basic amenities you expect for an inn. They have reopened the complimentary continental breakfast and it includes a variety of options such as bread, grits, biscuits, waffle station, yogurt, banana, instant oatmeal and an assortment of beverages. It's bang for your buck for the price of the room.

Worst hotel in every way

Worked there for a year, the rooms have roaches and bed bugs on a consistent basis. Ants crawl all over the inside of the cereal bags and syrup container. They keep the milk in a refrigerator that breaks down, so they toss ice packets (that are for lunch boxes) in the fridge...that only keep the inside temp by what the thermometer said was 55-65 degrees. They will hold your entire check until you turn in your uniforms, which is ok...but when you turn them in your last day and your check hasn't come yet, they tell you that they have no idea where your uniforms are and that you must turn them in for a check. They even refuse to look at the footage of the uniform being there. The owners are very shady always keeping checks from people for ludicrous reasons (I'm not the only one). They also employ people under the table and pay the person/'s far less then agreed upon or not at all. No one working breakfast has a food handlers card, we handle/heat/prepare the biscuits and gravy and the waffle mix. If any of you are allergic to mold, there is black mold all over the inside of the AC unit.

Perfectly fine for a night's stay

Like many cities on the U.S. interstate system, Clarksburg has innumerable chain establishments designed for rapid & efficient service at a low price, but lacking in charm or warmth. Since all we needed was a stop for one night, we didn't mind a chain motel, and this place was about the same as any other. Be aware that one can easily miss the road to this motel, as the exit from the interstate & the ways to get to service roads are a bit convoluted, there are no "blue signs" as you exit, and there is not a large display sign making it obvious where this motel is. All I can say is (1) exit towards Bridgeport (2) be ready to turn left (north) as soon as you exit, (3) turn left at your first chance, when you see a Walgreens (if you pass a McDonalds, you've gone too far), (4) again turn left at your first chance, towards the Days Inn. At this point you'll notice the Quality Inn. Note also that there is no room in the parking lot for large vehicles; they will probably best parked out on the street. Our room had shower, AC, phone, radio-alarm, fridge, microwave, coffee-maker, hair dryer, iron & board, and TV with 45 channels. It was clean & well-maintained. Staff was polite & professional. Free amenities include parking, wifi, morning newspapers, PCs with printers, and hot breakfast buffet (make you own waffles included). Innumerable chain restaurants and convenience stores are nearby. If you need efficiency and value while you head for somewhere else, this is a good choice.

Awesome Stay!

Had a great stay for 3 nights. Front desk staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. We wanted to grill on Sunday, but the grill was broken. Manager purchased a new one for us, set it up and had it ready in time for us to cook out! I mean wow, what service! We had 2 rooms, and both were EXTREMELY clean and fresh. I'd like to mention 2 of the housekeeping staff by name... Lisa and McKenzie. These two ladies did an absolutely fantastic job with our rooms. Very nice, professional and detail oriented. HIGHLY recommend this hotel!
