Fantastic and helpful staff
We stayed here only for one night but were really impressed! The Pousada itself is basic but clean and the view is spectacular. We have given the 5 stars for the staff. They went above and beyond to help us not only when we were staying with them but with our trip to the island. We recommend!
Lovely and relaxing
A lovely pousada between two beaches (Aracatiba and Aracatibinha) on a bit more quiet side of Ilha Grande. If you want to relax, this is the place. They have great vegan breakfast and a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner (vegetarian and vegan options). It is a walking distance from two nice beaches, and there is also a terrace over the ocean where you can chill in the sun and swim.
Great place with great vegan cuisine
Excellent location in the quiet and pleasant Araçatiba beach. Great place for dives. It is possible to see turtles swimming by your side. The vegan cuisine is very good, especially the breakfast. The owners are friendly and helpful. They can help with sightseeing tips around the area. It is worth to know by boat other beaches in the region. Just be aware of the hours at the hostel. They are strict for meals and strangely for the use of WI-FI, only a few hours during the day
Great family run hotel
We stayed here during October, and this is a great hotel. The rooms are basic – as you would expect from such a location – but perfectly comfortable. The food here is simply fantastic. Everything is vegan or vegetarian – but wow, does it taste good (and I am not vegetarian!). Everything is home made and it shows. The wonderful views over the bay are also something unique. You can snorkel just off the jetty, and see many many fish. It is great! The hosts are very friendly and attentive – I cannot fault them. All in all, really not a bad choice of hotel. If you stay in Aracatiba, but not at this hotel: you really should make a point of trying the food here. You will not be disappointed.
Absolutely stunning
By far one of the most gorgeous locations I have stayed in. The private jetty is located above a coral reef with excellent visibility. The food is beautiful and healthy and the hospitality warm and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed. Nearby sights include jungle walks to secluded beaches, lagoons for free swimming and pristine beaches, highly recommend.
