Vacation
We found the hotel on the inernet and decided to make a reservation for one night because the hotel is cheap. We ended up staying two nights. If it wasn't for the fact that we have to be in Rio de Janeiro today, I would stay longer. This hotel is a gem. Hotel is clean and the service exceptional. Safe parking at the back. Breakfast was very good. Two staff members were really great, Gabrial and Jusarah (hope the spelling is correct). I shall definitely visit this hotel again.
Central boutique hotel
This is a small boutique hotel centrally located. Large common areas, very large and nice rooms. Clean, designed, fresh and well kept. Cozy beds. The only potential downside is that the pool area is rather small, given that there only are a few rooms, but if you stay here you will want to go to the beach, not the pool. All in all highly recommended.
Perfect place and Kind staff
We stayed 5 nights in April, and we were kindly surprised. Its is a new hotel, great luxury rooms, L´Occitane amenities and great location. If you arrived by car, is cool to have private garage with a remote control, much faster than valet parking. Breakfast is fantastic, try sweet tapioca with coconut and condensed milk....we love it! During our stay I turned 44 and during the breakfast, hotel staff appeared with a birthday cake and wished me congratulations by singing in portuguese! Take repellent with you, "Borrachudos" can literally eat you.

Good place to stay. It's close to restaurant, in front of the beach, in the middle of everything, you can go by walking. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is delicious!!! Perfect to rest and have fun! Close to the places that makes trips to others beaches.
Everything is good but service is the best...
Good location, excellent facility with brand new rooms, good amenities, very good quality of food and staff with perfect attitude and service. For those whom prefer quality and very good service, clearly it is the best option in Ilhabela.
