Stayed one night here recently as we were passing through. Used the Hotwire app driving down the freeway and this Quality Inn came up as a decent price with decent reviews. Stayed in a two queen room. the room was large and clean. The beds were ok, not super comfortable, but adequate for once night. queen size beds? um... probably not. Bathroom was clean, but a little small and dated, even though it appeared to have newer finishes. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. it was a pretty quiet nights rest. pool was closed due to Covid. We ate at Franchesco's Ristorante, Italian restaurant that was about 2 miles away, and that food was very very good. All in all, i was satisfied with my stay at Quality Inn. Clean, and a decent price on Hotwire app.

Started off our stay with a very rude front desk employee. I think we woke her up and it was barely 1900. Our room was cramped and in desperate need of updating. There is mold in the bathroom with cracked walls and fixtures. There weren’t any great qualities at this Quality Inn.

Have stayed here before and it’s well taken care of and have never had an issue .....welcoming front desk on 10/10 ......asked about local restaurants and was very helpful. Solid value as I am a Choice Member this property is on par with others I stay at.
Very Nice
My hotel, the Quality Inn was actually pretty good!!!! A big clean room with plenty of pillows on the bed. There was a great white noise AC and the room was super-quiet!!! A huge parking lot, a small but OK fitness room, a nice pool, and a nice breakfast in the morning. It was conveniently located near Rockford. The check in went great and so did the check out. All in all I would highly recommend this place and I would certainly stay here again.
First night of a long trip
This hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful when we were looking for a good restaurant for dinner. Our room was well maintained and the grounds were neat and tidy. We didn’t use all of the facilities as we arrived late afternoon but everything looked good. I would stay here again.
