Both nights we were here, there was yelling in the middle of the night. People were coming and going all night long, talking very loudly as they walked through the halls. The second night I got no sleep at all. Other than that the place was clean. Totally a no frill hotel with no breakfast.

Bad part of town

This is a bad part of town, you do not want to stay here. They told me it was the safe part of town (of course they would) but it is not. The Swat dept was there the night before our stay, gun shots the next! Fire alarms going off at 4:30AM. The hotel staff was nice but this is not a part of town you want to have your family in! And do not stay there by yourself, if you must stay here, do it in a group!

Watch out for creeper owner.

Women be careful of the owner who will bust into your room after lightly knocking on the door. He did this to my wife and also my daughter and son in laws room. Breakfast is nothing more than scrambled eggs in a cooler that you heat up in the microwave, waffles are the same they are in a container in the cooler with paper towels between the waffles, you heat them in the microwave also. They call this a continental breakfast.

Check-in was quick, Rewards program came in handy. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was over before the advertised time. overall experience was a 8 out of 10 and I would definitely revisit. Location was ok, affordable dining.

Don't know wich is worst the heartless hotel or wyndham rewards customer service. Beyond livid is what I am. My family s lease was up in our house and we couldn't find another in time do with no other option we stayed at a hotel. Super 8 in Indian head md to be exact. We chose that over the inn down the street wich are literally the only 2 hotels in this town. Work, our kids schools everything was attached to this little town. We stayed from 01/02/2019-01/25/2019. Expensive to say the least. They do NOT even allow visitors for one not even during regular business hours. There own hotel policy is kids under 18 stay for free and if there is a 4 person occupancy for an extra daily fee you can have a 5th person but They DO NOT honor that AT ALL. The owner says he is the owner one day and management only the next. I had a DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door so I could clean my own room. ( I just feel for an extended stay its my house for now so I need to clean it NOT housekeeping) housekeeping was great & they enjoyed the help and appreciated it. The month I stayed it was clock work except for the one day that I did have to leave for all of two hours. In that time frame the hotel management/ owners decided they would go in my room because they smelt cooking supposedly & that's a fire hazard as they said. Funny thing is There is only a microwave in the room so I'm definitely not heating anything up that would send the aroma of anything cooking through that thick door. Once they realized nothing was cooking common sense is you leave instead my belongings were gone through and put in different places apparently where I placed them in the room was a fire hazard. Absolute crazy. The owner lady/ not owner literally fought me saying its o.k. NO ITS NOT OK. I have my kids medicine in here and my things should be where I put them. That is what I pay for anyways , well at least I thought. When I complained to wyndham rewards they opened up a complaint and said they had 7 days to rectify the situation. The lady I spoke with was sincere and understoid my aggravation. The hotel owners themselves did not even remotely apologise, they were snappy, & just very ridiculous. After over $1,500 spent in 3 weeks & them going through my room and turning it upside down on the 26th I needed only 2 hours for my husband to get his check to pay for the next week. The owners not only wouldn't wait knowing we had no where else to go made me pack up all of our belongings and wait in The lobby until my husband had cash in hand. Needless to say I was fuming. We decided to leave after the embarrassment, and humiliation. I even offered him to hold my license and bank card for the 2 hours. Nope he would rather have me sit in the lobby with everything I own and my 2 children.when I called back to wyndham corporate I got another lady who was completely unattached to the human side of things and no sympathy whatsoever, that she litterally said your complaint was closed so I'm sorry but I can email the hotel owners that you wished at the least you could have received an apology. Don't even bother. They knew what they did. They didn't apologise and things got worse. And now corporate is blowing me off. NO THANK YOU. We are now staying at the inn. The owners there have a heart, the rooms are much roomier cheaper with flat nightly rates that don't jump up 10 more dollars because its a friday and Saturday, and it does NOT feel like I'm living in a half way house unlike the super 8.Yoh also don't have to worry about a rewards program that obviously is there to listen to your complai t and a 100 more that will be identical to your complaint and just say sorry. Wish I would have given my money to the smaller inn before I did this motel. All I can say is just DONT!!!
