Standard basic hotel that had a friendly staff

Basic midmarket limited service hotel, it is clean and comfortable, very friendly and accommodating front desk. Room was standard size, all clean and in working order. I slept well. Mini fridge, microwave, large TV. renovated kitchen with basic breakfast. Overall I had a nice stay.

The hotel was nice but the breakfast crew was amazing❤️. Ron and as so pleasant and helpful. He asked did I need anything and kept the breakfast area stocked and cleaned!! Tori was right on the side of him doing the same thing with a smile!!! Keep up the great work and when I come back to Indianapolis I’ll be staying here!!!

Great experience I'm always surprised when a visit at any hotel goes as well as this one. The lady who took care of us (Debbie) was wonderful to work with: attentive and helpful, very pleasant. The facility was clean and well-appointed. Breakfast was the right temperature and worth taking advantage of. Check-in and checkout were effortless. The ice machine worked and was in an area that did not disturb other guests. I have only good things to say about this location.

This is a great Hampton Inn that I have stayed at for work trips numerous times in recent years. The customer service is excellent, and the staff is very helpful with anything you might need. I normally tend to check in later in the evening, and Levi on the night shift is fantastic and always very helpful! Also, they have a nice fitness center here and everything always seems very clean.

We met two extremely kind people while we stayed at the Hampton Inn, Inyah cleaned our rooms and we could walk with white socks, and after they were still white. Francisco had great hospitality and was super helpful. Thankful that we had such a great experience!!
