Clean Cheap Place to get some rest

I stay here weekly for business. This property is a bit older but when you arrive you can see that it’s not neglected. The owners & staff do a good job trying to take good care of everything. What I think is the reason I keep choosing this property over others is the housekeeping does a genuinely good job. Everything from major must haves like clean bedding to the little things seem to always be taken good care of. I appreciate that as a customer. In ending if you want a cheap clean place to stay don’t hesitate. They do a great job here.

Best motel I’ve stayed in so far. I’ve been to a few motel 6 locations and this one is the best. Hotel manager is very nice great customer service room was clean, had no problems will definitely be returning
Biggest flaw an unheated pool?

C'mon guys, it's a Motel 6, not a Hilton. Doesn't have a concierge, valet parking, restaurant and lounge, or room service. Does have: well maintained indoor pool (not heated:-)), pleasant and well kept building and grounds fronting on a lake, 24 hour security and front desk, elevator, ice and vending. Rooms are utilitarian Motel 6 with table, chairs, pedestal beds, nightstand, numerous power outlets, flat screen TV (with channel listing card!), mini-fridge, microwave, AC/heater with accurate thermostat, luggage stand, clothes hangers, and conveniently placed light switches. Linens are clean and crisp, shower water hot with good pressure. Everything works, lights, outlets, appliances, etc. WiFi is strong and fast. Room is not brand new, incidental paint touch-ups on door frames, small scratches, etc., but well kept and quite clean.
Extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful front desk clerk, Dee, escorted us to our room on check in, ensured that we were comfortable, and never failed to greet us warmly as we came and went. Ambiance is quiet and civilized. Overall, property has 3-star amenities but 4-star experience.
Will definitely stay again

My dad and I checked in to this hotel after having to leave another one due to issues. The front desk clerk seemed very nice when we came to reserve a room. Right off the bat, I noticed the property was nice looking, and is next to a couple of other nice hotel properties, as well well as a nice bar with a property across the pond. The inside of the property seems very clean. They do have an indoor pool that's open from 9a-9p, with a limit of 10 people at a time right now due to the virus, and it's very clean. Our room was wonderful, and smelled clean upon entering. There were a few miscellaneous things in the room that some people might nit pick about, such as a few tiny holes in the wall, and some wear and tear in the tub, but we certainly didn't mind. The only small issue was that the fridge we had didn't get cold enough. All in all, I think you definitely get a little more than what you pay for here.
I'd also like to take the time to praise the manager that was on duty during our stay, Dee Muse. She was absolutely AMAZING!!! She's professional and seems to have a huge, kind heart. She's the most amazing hotel manager that we've ever encountered. She makes sure things are staying clean right now, including the pool. She walked us to our room when we checked in, which was unecessary, but absolutely appreciated. Anytime we see her, she's smiling and working. Please keep this manager Motel 6; you'll lose us as customers if you get rid of Dee. And miss Dee, I hope that you continue to be an amazing person and manager, and I hope more people give you praise, because you deserve it!
BED BUGS! BAD MANAGEMENT!!

This was the worst place I've ever stayed at! If you are thinking about booking here beware. I rented three room for the weekend. The moment we were ready to go to sleep We found bugs crawling in our beds!!! I took viedios and several pictures. We went down to the front dest to speak to someone about it, and to my surprise they could care less about the situation..I showed the front desk manager the pictures and video of the bugs. I asked him, are these bed bugs???. His response was "Google it I dont know" he said all i can do is give you a different room. At this point its really late so we take the only offer, and spend 20 mins shaking our belongings to make sure there are no bugs on them. Then we spend 20 minutes moving our things from one room to a new one. We also spend another 20 minutes checking the new room/beds for bugs. We spoke with a new manager 1st thing the next morning and asked for a refund. The refund request was denied which turned into an argument, we had to leave without a refund also had to find a new hotel and spend more money. We were treated very very rudely and un fair and i still want a full refund! Th manager Dee said she contacted the owner about our situation and he denied us a refund. I am very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of this hotel managment. I was then told ohhh it's not a brf bug, as if I should feel better. I did not want to sleep type of bug..no matter what type of bug it was..its unacceptable!!!! This hotel is dirty and run down. Management does not cate about the customer.
