Habitación amplia y limpia. El personal de servicio del hotel es muy amable y siempre atento a ayudar cuando te oyen hablar en español. Servicio de suttle al centro de convenciones, gratuito. Sería bueno que ofrecieran el mismo servicio al aeropuerto. Imposible desayunar sano, al menos hay una escasa variedad de fruta. Las maquinas de bebidas y hielo en cada planta de habitaciones, hace un ruido espantoso por la noche.

Muy buena la habitación. Muy buena la atención. Un desayuno correcto. Muy limpio tanto las habitaciones como el hotel en general. La ubicación es un tanto alejada del centro, es para estar con vehiculo.

Less than satisfactory does not even begin to cover my poor experience at this Sleep Inn & Suites location. The doors, trim around the doors, furniture etc we're all torn, stained & damaged...noticbly. Although that was questionable, the visible damage within the facility was not my main area of concern. I was more upset by the fact that I was called a liar by both the receptionist & a house keeper, working at the hotel, when bringing to them an empty liquor bottle that was found in our room amongst other things. Needless to say, my family and I will not be returning to this establishment.

I am embarrassed I even checked in. The man at check out was very nice I will say that, maybe that’s why? We were maybe in our room for 20 minutes and we left to book another hotel. The curtains were stained, the bottoms were black and covered in stains. I didn’t want to lay on the bed let alone let my 4 yr old daughter sit in the chair. Smelled like garbage outside, really bad. And pot. Because kids were hot boxing a car in the parking lot. I don’t need expensive but I need clean. Front desk worker was very nice but never again.

The property was nice and clean for its price. Our room was exactly how it was pictured online. However, I had a few issues with it. The bottom of a drawer was gone, the faucet lever was broken and the air from the AC was not as cold as I want it. But all these 3 issues were ok with me. I didn’t need the bottom drawer, the faucet lever was easily put back in and I easily get cold anyway. I just thought that these kind of issues should have been fixed before any guests sleeps in it. The staff was nice and courteous. Overall, if you’re looking for a cheap and clean motel, this would be for you. If you expect more, then you’d better shell out the extra $$$ and book another place.
