Visited with family for an evening meal, we did pre book. Dog friendly which was great for me as I had my trusty Lexi with me. Really nice atmosphere in bar/ restaurant area. Staff very friendly and professional. We ordered starters and steaks for main all the food was cooked perfectly and very tasty. Highly recommended this place. We will definitely be back

Top quality food and service. The food was delicious - the chicken pie was the best I’ve had and the pork belly was lovely. Service was impeccable and clearly the staff were very well trained. Would highly recommend - we were pleasantly surprised.

We celebrated my wife's birthday with an evening meal here on the recommendation of a friend. From the moment I made contact with the Cadogan Arms to finishing our evening there, the experience was first class: staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ambience was excellent and the food was perfect. I have no hesitation giving this a five-star review and recommending to others. Thank you to all at the Cadogan Arms for the excellent evening!

Delicious Sunday roast. Loved the jug of extra gravy provider. The Cadogan Arms just get it so right. You just can't go wrong here. Definitely one of the best places to eat in Bury St Edmunds. Lovely vegetables and roast beef.

Very welcoming atmosphere and smashing food. We had whitebait as a starter which was some of the best we have tasted and had home-made steak burgers for main. So much food we couldn’t manage a dessert. All the food looked amazing. Good range of choices. Beer was fantastic, they brew it a short distance away and very reasonably priced. Staff very obliging and helpful and we will certainly return when back in the area.
