The was a good value hotel. Above and beyond for the price. It was clean and the staff was pleasant. The pool was open, the lobby was nice, and the breakfast choices were great. I would stay here again. Highly recommend

Where to begin with this awful awful place. This is a hotel and a hotel chain that has absolutely no heart or concern for their customers. My new wife has a PTSD issue that causes her extreme nervousness and physcogical torment that was caused a decade ago by an incidents that occurred at many of these hotels. I accidentally scheduled a stay where she had some of the worse atrocities happened to her. The hotel chain is well familiar with what happened and how. When she realized where I scheduled our special night out she immediately had a breakdown and then cried for the next 2 days. Causing more plans to be cancelled a making me a poor husband choice on this weekend. Since we never got into the hotel even I figured I should collect a refund since most companies do not profit from people's tragedies. So I called first I get "you need to talk to the other manager" He calls finally 2 days later is very rude says no refund and hangs up on me he actually told me it was against the law to refund me. Later I would learn that was the owner that I talked too. So then I decide to contact corporate where I get some help from a very helpful gal says someone will call me. Well I got a call from the 3rd manager from the hotel. He says same thing no refund but if we come again we can have 20% off our stay. WoW just WoW is anybody even hearing what our problem was/is ??? I don't think so.... So they profited off of our tragedy and reduced our low pandemic time funds even lower. Then of course Wyndham blames Priceline and their policies which is such a cop out. Of course Priceline says no refunds of course Wyndham can still refund but they say no. Such a game by these smiling rich CEO's both Wyndham and Priceline

My daughter and I had a really great stay here. We parked our car here during our travels. All the staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful. I asked for a late check out....no problem. The shuttle was ready to go when we were, and picked us up on the return very quickly. The rooms are clean and updated. Breakfast was a very nice selection. Everything was so clean and orderly. I almost want to keep this place a secret lol! We will definitely be back and this is our hotel of choice for a great price when we do park/sleep/ride. Thank you! Theresa

I was on a trip to visit family. AmericInn Inver Grove Hgts was convenient and comfortable. I had some minor issues while at the hotel, but nothing to prevent my consideration to stay again in the future.

We stayed at the hotel 1 night prior to our trip out of MSP. The hotel needs attention and updates. Rooms are OK, beds are not comfortable. Since it was only 1 night, we went for it anyways since they offer a shuttle to and from the airport with free parking for your trip. Upon return from our trip, I called the hotel promptly when we had our baggage. Was instructed that the shuttle just left the airport and it would be 40 minutes before they would return. Waited 40 Minutes, no shuttle, then called again and was told they were on the way, would be 10 minutes. When the driver arrived, he argued with me that it was my fault we were not picked up sooner. He claimed he was there two other times, but I was waiting outside for him for over 30 minutes. The drive insisted on proving his point even when he dropped us off at the parking lot by mentioning again that he was right and and I was in the wrong. Never again will I stay here for the simple fact that the employee that drove the shuttle insisted on arguing that it was my fault I waited 40 minutes for a ride that was less than 10 minutes back the hotel.
