Housekeeper left dirty linen on beds of ones that checked out
Dirty trash in my rooms from previous people never got rooms service the two days we stayed there the housekeeper didn’t have a mask on and when people checked out of their rooms I seen her in three different rooms and never put nw clean linen on these beds she re made these beds so the next people thay stayed in those rooms were sleeping in dirty linen from the people before instead of clean linen
Exceptional service and care
Superb service and care! I had an extremely unexpected medical issue and the staff handled it with compassion and privacy. I would recommend this fine establishment to anyone wishing either a quiet getaway or a great business trip
Nice stay.
Very nice, clean motel. We needed to stay at a motel to attend a funeral in the area. The location was convenient to get on and off of 494. I would definitely stay at this location again if the occasion arises.
Overnight stay before trip
Overall a good stay! Rooms appeared to be recently updated! Felt clean! Would stay there again! No issues at all! Used the park sleep fly reservation. No breakfast when I stayed due to covid. They did run the shuttle though!
Overall good place to stay
Easy to find, great location for tranquility and relaxation. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly every time. Good size rooms for the price- well worth it if you include any discounts or reward perks.
