Estuvimos con mi familia una noche y todo estuvo muy bien. Desde la recepcion (Angel) hasta que nos fuimos. El hotel esta bien ubicado y hay varios opciones de comida y de compras cerca. Esta cerca del Irving mall y del Walmart. Quisiera agredecer el gran servicio de Angel, Omor y Scott (shuttle) Buena opcion para ir, buenas habitaciones y buen desayuno. Ademas de un muy buen Customer Service.

Normalmente nos alojamos en el patio al otro lado de la carretera, que está bien, pero decidí probar aquí en mi último viaje. Éste es mi nuevo hotel al que hay que ir para vuelos tempranos o tardíos de DFW. Está muy cerca de la alquiler de coche volver, el personal es muy agradable y servicial

Long Term Stay with a Wonderful Staff!

I stayed here for one month while in town for flight attendant training and it was a pleasant experience for me and my classmates. We actually changed hotels in a hurry (there were over 45 or us) and they had all of our rooms ready for us right away. There was nothing that was too much trouble for the staff. They accepted the delivery of multiple packages, kept my groceries cold for me, and even found a vacuum after hours when I needed one. The front desk peeps always greeted me with a smile and made me feel like a valued guest. Jake, TJ, Kee, Brrandon Lee, Bob and the rest of the gang were great (sorry if I am leaving anyone out) but it was manager Matthew Jones who really went out of his way to make me feel appreciated, always greeting me by name. Shout out to Lupe and the gals who did the breakfast too. This hotel is right by a Walmart, a 7-11, and a shopping mall close by, all within walking distance, and for everything else there is a shuttle with friendly drivers who will gladly take you somewhere if they are not at the airport. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was amazing also. Thanks for making my stay so pleasurable, I look forward to visiting with you on my next layover :)

I’ve stayed here 20+ times. Good hotel, very friendly staff, but one reoccurring issue. I’ve stayed in hotels for a living over the last 40 years, but this issue is one I rarely see. In the sinks and tubs they only have HOT water! Yes you read that right. As in too hot to brush your teeth, drink or take a shower. Steam coming off the toilets is common. There is a remedy. That’s to run the water, not 2-3 minutes, but more like 10-15 minutes to get it down to a tolerable temperature. Every time I’m there I probably waste 100-150 gallons of water. It’s a 4 story hotel and the problem seems to be worse the higher you go. Every time I’ve stayed there I mention it, and am told, “first time we’ve heard about it.” Well, they’ve heard it at least 20+ times from me alone. Speaking to other guests there, the have the same story. Other than that, good hotel, friendly and helpful staff and a decent location.

Breakfast

We stayed at the Fairfield DFW while visiting family over New Year’s. The hotel is and older Fairfield that has been remodeled however still a nice place to stay. The staff were awesome and very accommodating. The only problem we encountered was breakfast. The breakfast, because of the Covid, is served one guest at a time after standing in line. The breakfast area only had one person that was responsible for cooking and serving the breakfast including coffee. The person serving the breakfast was very kind and working as quickly as possible trying to serve all of the guests. The trash was in need of attention as were numerous tables needing to be cleaned however the one person assigned to serve food was overwhelmed and normally the wait was about 15 minutes and we were 6 to 8 people from the front of the line. The employee assigned to serve the food was very kind and working as diligently as she could. Hats off to her. It was disappointing that the management had not planned better to accommodate for the breakfast rush.
