No hot water

No hot water no tv no fridge. On a cold rainy night. Usually stay is a good one. Not on February 25th!! Room 114 sucked! From 12 am to 3 am people were very loud and arguing, slamming doors!! Didn't sleep at all. Then more loud people and more door slamming from 6 am to 10 am. The front desk clerk said she didn't know anything. She wasn't apologetic or caring.
A Hairy Situation!

The rooms are filthy! The floors are dirty and full of hair. In the bathroom, there was hair in the tub. On my pillowcase, there was hair (that didn't belong to me). There was hair in the bed,on the sheets! It was absolutely ridiculous. I complained and received a 20% discount for my NEXT visit. When I showed up the next week, the front desk clerk Rayna gave me a hard time about using it, even after I was promised that I would not have a hard time using it by the manager (Amanda [-])! She didn't notify anyone or put any note in the computer, like she promised she would in my previous visit. When I finally got in my room, same thing. Dirty floors. Hair everywhere. Sheets smelled like smoke (Nonsmoking room). I called Motel 6 corporate and asked for a refund! I still have yet to hear from the General manager of that property (Irving), who Corporate said would call in 24 hours??? That was July 10.

Got to do better!

The front desk clerk was friendly for the most part. However, she kept trying to swipe my card, even AFTER being advised that I paid through Hot Wire! I actually had to call Hot wire and get THEM to explain it to her. My shower was filthy and full of someone else's hair! The floor was filthy and unswept as well!

Don’t let the new paint fool you, this place sucks.

This has to be the worst hotel experience I have ever had. My mother and I checked in around 4pm on Friday. We drop off our stuff and went to dinner. When we returned around 8:30pm we stopped by the office to see if they had some extra pillows. They told us the pillow were “locked up for the night” and we couldn’t have any. We went back to our room which is when I realized what a bare bones room we actually had. No free WiFi. No hairdryer. The cable was so basic it didn’t even have a channel guide. No alarm clock. No drawers. Just nothing in this room aside from beds and a bathroom. This morning at 8am I walked down to the office to get a cup of coffee. They had maybe a half a cup left in the pot. I turned around and said to the gal behind the counte, “I think you’re out.” She said, “yeah, we’ve had a lot of people get coffee this morning.” I paused for a moment and then I said, “Are you not going to make anymore?” She then told no, she makes a pot and when it’s gone it’s gone. Are you kidding me?! Would it kill you to make another pot of coffee? It’s not like it was fancy expensive coffee. It hardly costs them a dime. And it’s not like the room was that cheap either. I will NEVER stay here again and I’ll be writing negative reviews everywhere else I can.
Rest and Relaxation!

The room was very nice and clean. The bright green in the room made me felt relaxed. Brought my own food, because I wasn't planning on going anywhere. The bed was very comfortable. The Guests Service Rep was polite. I just needed some time for myself, something that I never get the chance to do. I do plan on going back again.
