Booking here was a mistake
Well, we stayed here for one night, the moment I checked in one of the receptionist was rude, he was talking to me like trash, after that he showed me the room but it wasn’t the room I booked, in hotels.com I booked standard room but in the hotel he offered the economy room, I told him this isn’t the room I booked and I showed him the picture, he said rudely “ we don’t have the room in that picture “ he took my hand and walked to a shittier room and said: this is the economy room. Anyways, he took my bags to the third floor because there is no lift, the next morning I told him can you please help me get my bags down here because I’m having pain in my shoulders he said no I can’t I just had a surgery so I had to do it myself.

Okay so ive had the worst experience of my life with them. We booked 2 rooms one for my brother and me and one for my parents. When i went to the hotel to check in with my family on Aug 28th they got all our information and took us to another building so we were confused as to why the guy on the reception was taking us to another building but we followed. As soon as i entered that building i cannot tell you guys how disgusting the room was. Carpet was filthy, bed was dirty and old, there was literally nothing in the room no window, no ac and it smelled like the room was closed for ages. We were shocked and asked the guy this is not the room that is showing on the website and he said "today we just have this room nothing else" but theres no way we were going to sleep there. That room was disgusting and stinky. The guy said that they made a mistake and ended up giving our rooms to someone else and he asked all of us to stay in that stinky room for one night. We refused so he took us to a third building which was actually another hotel. That guy asked us to stay there for one night and that they'll get our rooms ready next day. At this point we were tired and exhausted. We did not trust this guy he seemed very shady. So the third hotel they took us to was disgusting as well but at this point we were ready to pass out. I told the guy that they shouldnt have booked other guest when we already made a reservation and he said " Lady stop complaining, are you here to complain" i was shocked at what he said. He left us in that room with 2 tiny beds and there were flies flying around in the room, and mold in the kitchen. My mom couldnt take it anymore and we ended up switching the hotel and left at 4:00 am. Guys these guys are liars and shady. Please book a better and reliable hotel.
Avoid booking this Hotel
I really hate to hurt any business by bad reviews. if you look at the reviews this hotel has gotten, you would think the hotel will try to improve. However , I have seen the opposite, the hotel is very nasty . It was my mistake to book it without reading the reviews . It’s nasty and very bad customer service. They expect you use the same towel for two day because rooms get cleaned every two days .The bathroom is disgusting and beds full of bugs. I hope someone can get my review to someone in health department in Turkey .

Avoid this hotel at any cost! All negative reviews are, indeed, true! They don't bother to provide room according to reservation - we booked twin room, which was more expensive than double room, but hotel provided double room and refused to give second blanket. They also lied to GDS (W2M) - staff member Hayat agreed to move guests to twin room, but at the reception again refused to do this, said to wait until Sunday - but the reservation was just for 3 nights! Don't go there!
Worst Experience in the World
I can write hundreds of pages on this pathetic hotel and their worst services.. we went there on the night of 16th feb 2019 after a long flight of 12 hours. we have booked and prepaid the hotel room for 4 days by our agent in 2 months advance.. firstly they gave a room with 2 single beds, i asked them that we are a couple and we have not booked this kind of room so they said tomorrow we will change this. next day the room was changed and it was sooooo small that after a double bed nothing can be placed there not even our luggage. we somehow manage to sleep there but the room was cold and the comforter was too short for both of us. next day we asked at the reception to provide us extra blanket/ comforter but they refused and they directed us to another hotel for the breakfast thing .. we searched in the streets but cudnt found the hotel so cam back and i asked again.. they still didnot accompany us to the breakfast area for which they were liable to.. another day we again asked for extra blanket but they said i dont understand why u need extra blankit :@ their breakfast was good but one day we found flies over it.. we missed one breakfast because it started at 8:30 am and our tour was scheduled at 8 am
