Superior Staff and Great Stay
I was warmly greeted early morning with that outstanding Turkish hospitality they give in Turkey. 90% of places in Turkey give you their best. I couldn't of asked for a better choice of a hotel for my first day of arrival. It's located right around the corner from the Sultanahmet Faith square. Also right behind the first restaurant I ate in Istanbul on my first visit. My plane arrived at the most random of times early morning. I always say you never know unless you ask. Due to the pandemic it's not as busy as Turkey normally should be. Which has it perks. Such as early stress free check in. After two days of flying this was a true blessing! Breakfast wasn't available at the moment. Due to covid. I was told if I wanted to ask in the morning it could be possible. I'm not an early morning person. It wasn't a problem for us to get food outside. After all Turkey has some of the most amazing food in all the world! I did ask for coffee upon waking. This helps start my day. They always made me a cup or two no problem. The rooms and bathrooms had ample space inside. Extremely clean and comfortable. You're not cramped in. Especially with luggage. The staff spoke clear good English. Loved to talk! I had some awesome conversations I'll remember for the rest of my life. Lots of exchange of information. The way life should be. Everything here was fabulous. Hope to return along one of my future travels to Istanbul. Thank you for the amazing beginning to the best holiday of my life
Best choice based on location, sincere staff attentiveness, cleanliness!
Traveling to Istanbul was my first traveling alone internationally from the U.S., and it was a breeze. The two gentleman at the front desk (Lokman and Murat - thank you!) were such a big help with sightseeing ideas and using public transit. They definitely helped ease my nerves - a lot! And the location - I couldn't have been any closer to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and Topkapi Palace, etc.. I only stayed a short time, but I was able to efficiently see a lot of sites. They even recommended where I could get an authentic Hamman - Turkish Bath - in operation over 350 years.
Perfect.
What a perfect location for the main attractions in Istanbul. As close as you can possibly get to the Ayasofya, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. The bedrooms are lovely and comfortable with working air on. Amenities are all Bvlgari which is a nice treat! And the staff... just brilliant. Wish I could have brought Ramazan home with me. So attentive, polite, friendly and helpful.
Short stay in this place
We stayed in this place for couple of days. This place is really nice a very close to all importatnt places. Staff in hotel was very friendly and very helpfull with all our questions. Very nice rooms and very good breakfest. We had a great time over here.
Great location as a tourist
My family and I loved this hotel. The location was so central and easy. The people working at the hotel are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is large and very good. I would highly recommend if you want to see the touristy things in Istanbul.
