My 5th stay at CPIO
I have stayed in many hotels in the Asian side of Istanbul and as CP Oryapark is just walking distance from my office (Medtronic), I end up staying here more often than anywhere else. I actually like the hotel a lot - their breakfast as well as lunch options are quite extensive (especially loved the Kumpir). Service is excellent. And if you get bored from the food, you can walk a few meters to some really nice restaurants (there is a sweet shop called Karakoy Gulloglu, which i simply love). I wonder when the building next door will have tenants because if you get a room facing in that direction, be prepared for a spook or two in the night. Overall, CP Oryapark continues to remain my favourite hotel in Asian Istanbul.
Home from home
A Third visit to this wonderful hotel and our experience just gets better. All the staff recognise us and welcome us back to the hotel like old friends, still maintaining professional excellence Check in was fast and within minutes we were shown to our suite As returning guests we enjoyed the facilities of the Club lounge, excellent fare and choice daily. During our stay we also ate in the restaurant, for breakfasts, light lunches and dinners. During our stay it was Valentines day and we choose the Valentines evening special dinner, excellent food and atmosphere for this special occasion. Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the staff, no matter what request its always fulfilled without problem
Good location in the Asian business district of the city
This hotel is close to the business district on the Asian side and was clean, staff were helpful and good facilities. Bar staff a bit fast on getting paid but not a bad thing - just different. Only odd thing is the health tourists in the hotel staying for hair transplants - looks odd.
Very good service
The staff at the hotel were very service minded and friendly. Always helpful and had a smile on their face. The bar and restaurant were cozy. The breakfast buffet was incredible. The only minus was the thin walled rooms, you could literally hear when the neighbor received a text message. The doors were also slamming really hard but in general it was outshined by the beautiful hotel itself and the professional staff.
A very decent hotel a little off the mainstream city
I spent two or three nights there, as it was the closest hotel to a place I had my business stuff to work on - it was really within walking distance. To go more centrally - well, a taxi was definitely necessary. Large, clean rooms, good breakfast, my internet was working fairly well, so nothing really to complain about :-) If I was to go to Istambul again to visit the same place for my work stuff, that hotel would do the thing, definitely.
