Staff were very friendly and supportive, we had a little hiccup with our flights and the hotel reception was very understanding. Great location too, in the middle of where you want to be in Turkey! Highly recommended

The hotel is located in a prime position in Taksim. The staff are friendly and supportive. The rooms are adequate, clean.and serviced daily. The breakfast although substantial is boring with no changes to it to accommodate longer staying customers. The spa offers an excellent service in a clean venue

This hotel is far most the worst hotel everything from the minimum of requirements are not met . Wouldn't even let my friends go up to my room!!! From cleanliness to staff service, Should be a 1 star hotel.

I wore some perfume in the morning and put it back in a plastic bag and left the hotel. When i came back at night, it was stolen. I asked the receptionist, he said nothing. In the next day, i asked the house keeper, she was speaking Turkish, the only thing i understood was that she threw that bag because she felt that it’s empty!!!!! That bag contained a perfume, some bills, and a box of a sunglasses with the guarantee paper. Not to mention how the toilets smell terrible when someone uses them! They have no exhaust fans. You can smell a dead rat from the bed sheets!!! Such an awful experience.

A good place hotel. Its close to the taqsim square, restaurants, metro station and shopping centers. The rooms were very nice with clean and comfortable beds. The price is very high. The breakfast menu includes fantastic food and delicious recipes.
