Not clean, small rooms
The triple bedroom was small, not clean & humid. Good view in the breakfast hall, not many options for repeated breakfast. The staff is really sweet except a receptionist with the brown dark that mocks customers. The location is close to bus or metro stations but the area itself is crowded.
Needs cleaning improvement
We stay in this hotel for three nights. The first night we stayed in a triple room which it wasn’t what we wanted. The cleaning of that room was unacceptable. Mould in the shower, toilet sit with drip marks, a massive hole in our bed sheet and carpet with dirt stains. We were changed next day to a double which improved in quality but same problems with cleanliness. Breakfast not up to international standards but it’s fair. The 4* rating needs reviewing. On the good side, good stuff for day and night. Always wanted to help and answer our requests. The location is prime, tram station 5 min walking or main tourist areas 25 mins walk.
Very nice hotel
Nice hotel in Laleli , good brakefast, nice little SPA, Nice ,stuff, rooms a little small but , enough , 15 minutes from the grand . ,Bazar byx walking, very good to importers , nice restaurants around .
We were in room 511. It was really good, the bed was comfortable. Only thing i would recommend is that you MUST wash a carpet in that room. Breakfast was good, and coffee was great! The staff was nice and helpful.
Really, don't book this hotel
I'm actually staying in it right now as I'm typing this. This so-called 4-star hotel (more like a 2-star) is part of a 10-day Turkey tour package. Our guide told us that we were supposed to stay in a different hotel but due to nearby construction, we were 'upgraded' to this hotel to ensure the kids in our tour group can sleep soundly. Sleeping soundly is a sure feat for us as the first room we got had a broken window so we could hear in 'surround sound' all the going-ons, sirens, honking and chatter from the busy road. We asked to change rooms and they gave a bigger but same '4-star quality' of uncleaned room, moldy shower and really poor soundproofing. God, even the beds are not made up properly with the bedsheets barely fitting the mattress! BTW, this hotel demands that you leave your passport with them throughout your stay, even if you go out shopping. Apparently, if you encounter any problem, just "show the hotel room card". Seriously? Please, if you love yourself and your family, DON'T stay here.
