This is the best hotel experience I have had in a long time. The morning starts off with a beautiful breakfast that has so many options from cheese, eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, and so much more. Then the room is cleaned by amazing room service who are the nicest I have ever met. The lady who cleaned our room always put a smile on our faces. In addition to that the view is amazing!! The service is quick and easy. Overall best hotel experience I have ever had and if I could I could give it a 100/10 rating. Best hotel in Istanbul! Guaranteed!!

Rooms good size and clean , comfy . Bathroom was clean too. Decent variety for breakfast , nice easy access to shopping mall . Sadly did know swimming caps were required for pool and they were very overpriced at the hotel . Be prepared to come across many people who came for hair transplant, rhino, lasik etc in the hotel .

Housekeeping needs improvement, missing items in the room and unprofessional staff

I checked in on 2nd October and found the room had several items missing: the iron, hair dryer, bath robe and TV remote. After I made a day trip and returned to the hotel in the evening around just after 8pm, the security guard at the guest entrance aggressively told me to stop and told me I could not enter, this is what I could gauge because he could not speak a word of English. How can an international hotel chain employ people who do not speak English, a global international language? Afterwards I complained to the manager and then he explained you cannot apparently bring food from outside, this is very ludicrous. I’ve never heard of such a policy before. Perhaps this is their method to force guests to purchase food from their F&B outlets. I’ve tried their food before and it was disappointing, hence why I purchase food from outside. They should make this policy clear at time of check-in.

Good hotel but..........

This hotel has many good points including helpful staff, good range breakfast and access to the mall. However the rooms could do with a lot of updating including the bathrooms which are poorly laid out with broken utilities. The sport centre could include a sauna/jacuzzi and provide free hair caps.

Fantastic View, and Convenience.

We stayed at this hotel twice in the space of 2 weeks. The 1st stay was for 4 nights (room 912), and the return stay was for 2 nights (room 1012). We also had family members staying in room 411 during our 1st stay. We arrived at the hotel for our first stay and were welcomed to the hotel with hot Hilton chocolate chip cookies. Check-in was efficient, and we made our way to the room. A member of housekeeping arrived in a flash to make up the couch bed, and to provide additional bath towels and water. The room is fairly small, especially with the couch made into a bed. The main bed is also smaller than beds at other hotels - perhaps this was a Queen or Double. I was expecting a King, but that was my expectation! The bathroom was comfortable too - the water pressure in the shower ranks among the best we have experienced globally. The breakfast was really amazing. The spread catered for all palates, which we thoroughly enjoyed. All requests were catered for perfectly. The hotel is linked to the Canpark Shopping Mall, which is really convenient for shopping and meals. This access closes promptly at 10pm. The Yamanevler Metro station is 200m from the hotel making it extremely easy to get around. Note - this hotel is in a residential area of Istanbul, on the Asian side, hence it is approximately 20 - 30 mins ride on the metro and then either on the Marmaray train or the ferry from Uskudar to the European side where most tourist attractions are. We made use of the hotel pool during our stay after purchasing the mandatory swimming caps for 100TL each. We did not make use of the laundry room at the hotel - a washing machine and dryer may be used - tokens are purchased from reception for 100TL. The hotel stored our baggage between our stays. Upon our return, I simply handed the baggage tag and the baggage was returned to us. Our 2nd stay was just as amazing as the 1st stay, especially since we received the choc-chip cookies again :-) Room 1012 - the lock on the bathroom door does not work. And, the main bed in this room seems to be creaky, making noises even if you just sit on it. Strange! Would we return to this hotel? Most certainly! If you have very limited time in Istanbul, then take note of the time for commuting from this hotel to the tourist areas!
