Hotel Facility is good, and has a good view to the sea and old city. Restroom smells very bad. They tray to charge you for drinks in the Room you never druck so pay attention. Something very important, don‘t order something in your Room, cause it takes 2 hours (1hour 50 minutes) until you get your food in the room. There is free Wifi but it doesn‘t work well. You habe to go near the front door to Work. If you are somebody who has cold take an other hotel. The Place where the hotel is, is perfect everything is near and you can reach everything by walk. All in all it‘s ok for once but you will not go for a 2nd time there.

Great hotel and central location. We were able to walk to most of the tourist sites, atr least a 20 minute walk away from everything and a 10 min cab ride away from most tourist sites. A beautiful rooftop bar which overlooks most of istanbul, perfect for a date night. Great covid measures and amazing, friendly staff.

Working in hospitality myself for over 15 years, I can only say “Bravo, hotel Momento team!” Superb location, very stylish, quiet and very clean, and the most important - friendly, sincere and pleasant service! I wish the hotel, the management and the whole staff only the best, thank you! Breakfast is also very nice, and a rooftop restaurant and a bar is not a typical “hotel restaurant”, but very delicious local place with open kitchen and amazing view! I will surely come back!

In 2019 I went twice to the Momento Golden Horn hotel. Once in April and once in September. Each time we felt wonderful. The food is very good for breakfast and dinner. The view is wonderful from the restaurant above. If you want to order food in your room, you can do it and it comes extremely fast. :) Turkish coffee is very good! We would like to thank everyone (especially Aiyrun and Mustafa).

This hotel is in Karakoy, just across the Galata Bridge on the North side of the Golden Horn. Be sure to book a room on a high floor, you will have a fabulous view of old istanbul, Hagia Sohpia, Sulemanyie Mosque, Bosphorus. Rooms are smallish, but well appointed. English speaking staff. Easy access via tram to Sultanahmat area and Iskitel street. I would stay here again. Good local restaurants near the ferry terminal on the Bosphorus side the the Galata bridge. Better food and lower prices that places in Sultanahmat.
