More about the hotel
Beautiful Hotel
I booked for two nights. I'm vegan and they did a good job of accommodating me for breakfast and remembering the next day. Nural was a very big help during my stay. He provides hand drawn maps so, I didn't have to walk with my phone in my hand and the maps are better than Google directions, although I did walk everywhere with my phone in hand anyway to take a ton of pictures. The location is perfect if you like to walk and is very close to the Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, and Grand Bazaar. I flew out of Istanbul to travel to other parts of Turkey and I plan to use the hotel in the future. Thanks for all your help Nural!
Excellent Staff
My partner and I are world travellers and stayed in many different level hotels and hostels during our trip. We stayed 8 nights at hotel Lenvi and we were welcomed with warm smiles the moment that we walked into the hotel. Mr. Nural helped us in so many ways and made sure our stay was very comfortable for us. i.e: He even organized our covid testing which was done at the hotel. The hotel team was always available 24hrs a day, and was extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend a stay here. .
Centrally Located
Visited Turkey in early March, at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. At that time, the virus had not spread to Turkey yet so there was no screening or mask requirements. Stayed at the Levni Hotel for several days while we explored Istanbul. The hotel is centrally located and a 15 minute walk to the Sultanahmet area where the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace are located. Front desk staff were nice and took the time to give us maps of the nearby attractions. The breakfast restaurant was nicely appointed with a large variety of food for every palate. This was actually one of the highlights of our stay - breakfast! The lunch and dinner restaurant was in a different area and the menu selection was decent. We didn't try any of the other amenities. At first, I was a bit surprised that my room was much smaller than the one in the picture, but I managed and it actually turned out to be ok since it had a large desk area that overlooked a mosque that was adjacent to the hotel. The windows could also be opened to allow fresh air and hear the sounds of the city. It was nice to come back to a comfortable hotel at the end of a busy sightseeing day. I recommend the Levni Hotel if you want to stay near the Sultanahmet area. There were many restaurants and shops within a few minutes' walk. Enjoy your stay!
Excellent service, ideal location!
Enjoyed staying at the hotel. It is located at walking distance from popular tourist attractions and the Grand Bazar which makes it ideal option for those who are visiting Turkey for the first time. It gives you the option to do sightseeing as well as shopping at the Grand Bazar even if you are staying for a short period of time. And to to top it off, the amazing spa service at the hotel will help relieve all the stress and tiredness of the day! The staff is very professional. In particular, would like to thank Mr. Utkan, Mr. Kemal, Mr. Onur and a big shout out to the amazing masseuse Ms. Maleka! Highly recommend this hotel. Had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay there again!
Fantastic Service
Stayed here middle of March and you could not possibly book a better hotel for central location or indeed the friendly helpful service recieved from all the staff. As we did not arrive until after midnight, it was great that the reception staff still advised us everything we needed to know about the area and some helpful tips. We also received a free upgraded room and a cake awaited us in the room as it was recently my wifes birthday and the reason we were visiting Istanbul. Unfortunately, when returning from our sightseeing on the Monday evening, the staff informed us that Istanbul was preparing to close down many ameneties due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. However, at this point, all the usual tourist attractions were still open, such as the Grand Bazar, Blue Mosque etc. And you could still eat in the restaraunts. However it was clear that every day into our 4 days trip, more and more were closing down. It was also when we were there that all flights to and from the UK were grounded in respect to Turkey. We were fortunate enough that our scheduled flight back on the Thursday was still scheduled to take passengers back to UK. And we were actually the last BA flight out of Istanbul to Heathrow on March 19th. We tried to not let it spoil our trip as things were still open through the day, but the evenings proved a problem to go anywhere. At this point, even in the UK we were not in lockdown or closure of amenities, but it was clear things were escalating. Anyway, the staff were great, and even gave us the use of their own travel cards for us to add money onto for our use when we were travelling to Taksim Square or the shopping mall. Very helpful in advising us everythin we wanted to know and so friendly. As were the staff at breakfast time. Superb choice of all the usual continental fayre, and omlettes cooked in front of you to order if you wanted one. Great quality. The hotel is located in an excellent position for all the normal tourist attractions and only a 5 minute walk down to the river. We took in a 2 hour boat trip which cost only 10 Euros each. I would therefore thoroughly recommend this hotel when all the Coronavirus issues are long gone and tourists start visiting again
