Great location, warm and welcoming staff
We stayed here two nights in January 2020 and enjoyed it. The staff really are very welcoming and the rooms are nice. It’s not like a Ramada or Holiday Inn - it’s a different experience but better in our opinion. It was a little loud but we left the window open a crack so we kinda had that coming. The elevator is small and funky. Not recommended for people who don’t like that.
an average boutique hotel!!
just a basic small boutique hotel...very close to istiklal street. major drawback is the way to this hotel which is steep down the street....so when you are tired you tend to find it frustrating to climb up to visit the market & go down to the hotel. breakfast is very normal....nothing special!! one good thing is that if you walk down the other side of the street, you reach Kabatas tram station which can take you to Sultanahmet, grand bazaar & ferry station. room size is good though!! lift if very very small...hence claustrophobic
A untrustworthy Hotel
I am very upset and angry that yesterday I Booked my hotel The Marion's Suite with booking.com for next week and received my confirmation today I got a message saying my payment was rejected and to update the card or ring the resort i did both as i knew there was plenty of money on my card. I rang the resort and they told me just update the card on line I asked them to take it then and there and if they wanted another card in case they had a problem (it was a master card so I dont see why there would) I could just do it over the phone but I was told no just update. after I updated the card I got another message a few hours later saying my booking was cancelled and I could rebook if I wished the price had now gone up by €50 I rang my card company to see why a payment would have being rejected and they informed me no payment was attempted against my card so basically the hotel just wanted to put up the price. i rang the hotel again and he said rebook it at the new price if I wanted he was rude and just wanted more money I rang booking.com and there team and was told there was nothing you could do about it as it's the hotel that deals with and they want the new price for the hotel. I won't be booking with you again. I work as cabin manager for an airline and stay in a lot of hotels and I will be informing anyone I know to book anyplace but yours I hope the 50€ you put the room up by is worth it. I have added the message from the hotel manager saying my place was confirmed the day before he decided he wanted more money.
Perfect location, near the Taksim Square, only 2 minutes to walk!! Near Metro and bus stations. Very clean, as you feel staying in a new designed and 5star hotel. Nice staff, very friendly manager, Mr Hakan.
Cozy, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Equiped with all declared facilities. Friendly staff, very helpful, hospitable and welcoming, especially Mr. Agit Polat🌺 Perfect location 💜 less than 5 minutes walk to taksim square and metro station. Highly recommended 🌺🌺
