Fantastic view from the restaurant
We stayed in the hotel for one night between the flights. The checking was fast, but they forgot to put the baby cot in the room. In the end at 03 am in the night we were waiting the bed for my daughter. The bed was in the very bad condition, material on the side was so old and have a holes. The staff can’t even install the bed as it was old. To be honest I was expecting other service in the hotel. The good thing that the customer service manager meet us in the morning and we gave a feedback. We had a late check out for free due to the situation with baby bed. It’s was very nice. My advise is to check the preferences of your customers in advance as I was writing my request about baby cot few days before arrival. In general we had a good impression from the hotel. Probably next time will book it again as the hotel is very nice and location is just perfect!
My perfect stay!
Well first of all the location of the hotel is superb! It’s in the center of everything and you can reach İstiklal street by walk in a minute. I booked a room with a view to the Golden Horn and ask about the highest floor, and the highest floor is seventh, so my room view was amazing, especially at the sunset. The room itself is very spacious and well decorated. Mine had two windows what I loved! The bed is really big, I think it’s queen-size, it has 4 pillows and very-very beautiful bed linen. The hotel has the restaurant on the rooftop. It’s on the terrace with a view to the Golden Horn and it’s really nice to have breakfast over there. There’re a safe box, iron desk, big chair, big table and a small cosmetic table, big LCD TV with the satellite channels in a room. Sanitizing gel, disinfection wet tissues and a bottle of water per day are complementary. Also they provide toothbrush and shower sponge and it’s complementary as well. What I like from the hotel there’re many stands (literally every step!) with the masks, gloves and disinfection gel. And it’s all complementary as well. The hotel has its own spa with a foam massage, relaxing massage, hammam and gym. Also there’s a small beauty salon at the spa center. Once I tried relaxing massage and I liked that. The lady masseuse did her best and relax my muscles so good. All the guys and girls from the reception, the restaurant and the spa center are very kind and helpful. Want to say many thanks to the girl who work at the guest relation, her name is Lina, and she never left me unattended and helped to solve any problem I had. Also many-many thanks to the guys from the reception, they are very helpful, smiling and greeting you every time when you passed by, and I love that a lot! They always help me to call a taxi. The taxi is really safe and drivers use the Taxi-meter so it’s not overpriced. Overall I loved my stay at Rixos Pera and I’m going to back to Istanbul one day and definitely book the same hotel because I don’t even want to look for another one. This was my first time in Istanbul it's really amazing starting with the check in from the The room is amazing i like the swimming pool the food was good served from a good fnb service Im extending my stay here Thank you Rixos pera Istanbul ❤️

Myself and my husband visited this hotel in February for 3 nights. Upon arrival we were asked for a credit card in order to charge us a security deposit (even though our stay was already paid for) However we know that many hotels require a card as a deposit and we were assured that the money would be immediately refunded onto my card when we checked out. This never happened and since we have returned home I have contacted the hotel numerous times trying to get this rectified. They initially said it was a problem with the bank but when it still wasn’t resolved over a month later I kept contacting the hotel but they didn’t even respond to my last email. The hotel itself was fine but my overall impression of the hotel has been blighted by this unfortunate situation.
