Great location, staff helpful and friendly, clean rooms, shower in our room was superb. Breakfast is same every day so can be a bit boring and not a great choice. Apart from that it's a great little hotel and would use again. Close to the sights of Sultanahmet and not too far to walk to the sea.

I spent 2 weeks in Istanbul moving from Hotel to another and I really recommend this one as it has all you need starting from the perfect location few steps from Gulhana tramway station which walkble to Sultan Ahmed touristic places and Eminonu ferry port, very cooperative staff and very clean room

Be careful. Rooms description and size are misleading. Furnitures are old and tired or just not present. Rooms size could fit to backpackers staying for a night but not for international guests travelling with family staying for a week. We have checked in this hotel and left after few hours due to the fact hôtel managers and neither Booking.com were willing to provide an alternative or a reimbursement. Most important : health protocol issued by the local government for COVID is not applied at the hotel. Not a good value for money. Not a safe place.

We have been staying there for a night. Rooms looks cheap. Cleanliness needs big improvement. We have been surprised that basic COVID procedures were not applied. Reception does not request HES code upon arrival... to be avoided.

Hotel is near the every historical places.we stayed here seven wonderful days and spent good time. I like special turkish breakfast and turkish tea.Thank you for everything Royal Bosbhorus hotel. See you next time
