Worst Hotel Experience in Turkey
The hotels room service was shockingly appalling. The duvets had no covers. The towels were old and falling apart. Room service came in around 4pm with only ‘tidying’ up of beds. Second day we were without toilet paper. Third day we came back to a blocked sink which didn’t get fixed after asking repeatedly. We could not use the sink in the bathroom and had to resort to using the shower. They left us with a blocked sink for 3 days. The whole floor was empty but they did not change us to another room. We have been to Turkey for 3 years now and have always had a great stay in other hotels as they made us feel welcome. But this hotels service was below average, standard of rooms was appalling and did not meet the 4 star rating it called itself. I would not give this hotel 2 stars. Would not recommend.

Hotel only have good location nothing else. Bathroom dirty ,shower water was extremely hot if next room take shower, rooms walls dirty and marks, smell of smoke in the rooms but they had signs not smoking, rooms duty ,hairdryer sticky, black mould next to tap ,all need deep cleaning properly not recommended that hotel please be aware and sure you paid amount with you have on booking receptionist try take extra 20euro per room for sweets and juc

We rested with a company of girls in February. The weather was beautiful. The location of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious with great views. Rooms with balconies have a smoking area. The service and condition of the hotel is excellent, much higher than the stated stars. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts. SPA, saunas and pool are very clean. Massage is professional. We were very pleased with the rest. Special thanks to the staff and Guven Cakmakci ( front office manager of hotel ). We recommend staying at the choice of this magnificent hotel.

I spent week in İstanbul with my wife in victory hotel and Spa its was great moment reception Team ingy and blond lady they was very friendly and helpful hotel was in center of city I will highly recommended this hotel .
Very nice hotel
We had a pleasant stay at Victory Hotel last April. It is located in Beyazit st near Grand bazaar. Has very nice bedroom furniture and clean. The reception staff were nice and helpful, especially Mehmet.
