Mmmm how to describe this hotel: First of all I went with a friend who was having a medical procedure done with a company called Qunomedical and this was the hotel they placed us. I was going as his carer and thought it would be an opportunity to see İstanbul. We arrived to check in and Emyir (tall thin gent) was on the desk and he spoke English so off to a good start...No...there wasn’t a reservation for both of us just one so he placed us in a double room with a camp bed in he said. I would suggest to the hotel to explain what customer service means as he had a very unwelcoming manner and basically rude because we must have caused him some work? The room was ok very corporate but when the camp bed came 😱 I wouldn’t let my dog sleep on it, filthy mattress, filthy sheets not for anyone with a basic standard of hygiene. After the operation we were moved to a twin room and that was ok. Breakfast: totally caters for Turkish people- broccoli for breakfast really and whatever you want is picked for you..so Covid aware but the only edible thing was the bread and boiled eggs. The gym was very good.. The room cleaning is basically take your rubbish away but forget clean sheets.. The location isn’t for tourists but there is a shopping centre next door - opposite is a great kebab cafe... eat there and not in the hotel.. A taxi to Istanbul costs around 50 - 70 lira less than £5. We’ll worth a visit and if considering medical procedures use a company in Istanbul. Overall I found the staff very rude, ignorant and certainly didn’t like English people, there is a lack of information for English (English translation for hotel services at least) so you have to ask everything from the receptionist who looks at you if you are stupid. I do not recommend this hotel for English visitors go to Istanbul centre... One positive was the hotel was very Covid aware ..

The hotel is too far from the city center. It's not like for a five stars hotel. The breakfast was too poor and same. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom, which is inadmissible! The staff was polite, but only some of them spoke English. I will not choose this hotel again!

We had an amazing experience, all staff are extremely friendly, welcoming always with a smile and helpful. Extremely recommended hotel, nice and clean very close to a metro station and most importantly 2 minutes walk to forum Istanbul mall.
It was a nice one!

I really spent some good time in here! I'm a member for last couple of years and they've never disappointed me. Staff are always helpful! They're ready for you to make sure that you're comfortable. Receptionists, trainers, and all of staff are really helpful. Kazım, Dilek, Murat, Cansu, Kanıt, Burak all of them really nice people not just a staff member over there. Definitely an enjoyable experience and definitely recommended! 👏🏻👍🏻
