Sincere appreciation for the great staff
Please pass along my gratitude to everyone from reception to housekeeping.They were just amazing super kind, professional very caring. They made me feel at home. I have had some issues regarding redeeming the points that I have earned from my previous stay at Dubai. Mr Ozan, Meric,YasarCan gave the necessary explanations,guide me through the steps to be able to get my points and redeem it at the hotel. Mr Enis and Mr Necdet were so caring ,I had beautiful breakfast every morning with a great hospitality. Mr Nejdet gives attention to small details, he walks around the breakfast area and notice everything like if ur coffee is abt to finish he replaces it immediately, the bread basket was keep getting changed with a fresh one, they all speak good English and make every possible way to attend ur needs. Hotel is in a very good location, I have stayed in a room facing Marina. Room is in good shape and good size. There is sanitizers and masks everywhere and super clean. Whatever u need u can call the reception and you will receive it immediately. I would definitely come back. They also have a very good fish restaurant name is Ouzo roof which was a great option during the curfew. Their fish is very fresh and the starters are amazing. Mr Fatih and Mr Mehmet will take care if you so well. Mr Mehmet has a good taste of wines, trust his recommendations🙂. I m looking forward to come back.
I stayed at Wyndham for 1 night. Restaurant is great. The staff were very friendly and helped me in every way. Ege who was in charge of housekeeping looked after me. She was very good in her work and knew how to make guests happy. The gym is well built. And has many machines. I am from Australia. Unfortunately there was government restrictions. So activities were limited
Absolutely superb in every way
We stayed here for almost a month and loved every second. We were treated with soooo much professionalism and kindness even on the middle of a pandemic. Not knowing their language, they were all still communicative some how ( many spoke English beautifully. This place is gorgeous. Views everywhere. We loved the roof top restaurants overlooking the Bosporus straight . We can see the Europe side from Asia side and enjoy the endless marina activity . The Turkish bath was as fabulous as massage . There’s even a full salon . Pools and more!! Just look no further !
The most rude and racist staff of any hotel!
I have good experience before with Wyndham Istanbul Europe I stayed there for two months 7 years ago and at felt like home. But there other facility on Asian side is the contrary of that. The place and area are very nice but the staff are very racist and disrespectful and rude beyond comprehension. They don’t treat you as a guest rather as a prisoner in a Golak. They don’t talk respectfully and they don’t respect the sign of please don’t disturb and keep calling your room and even coming to your room and knocking if you don’t answer the phone. I advice anyone which minimum logical thinking to avoid paying money to be pushed around and harassed by the very racist and disrespectful staff. I didn’t spend the night there although my reservation was paid in advance because this was the most horrible stay in any hotel in any place in my whole life! Wyndham hotels are out of my options for life from now on.
Very clean, comfortable and friendly
We stayed here right after our wedding, and left very happy. Our Corner King Sea View room and the hotel in general was very clean, luxurious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, competent and friendly. Many thanks to Mr. Yaşarcan from guest relations, who went above and beyond to make us feel really valued. Also many thanks to Mr. Nejdet. We had a very happy and restful stay, and we hope to revisit soon.
