This place was awesome! The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom with the huge tub/shower was simply divine. They serve breakfast, lunch and diner very delicious with lots of choices, we didn't need anything else from outside. Me and my wife had an amazing experience in the waterfalls and relaxing pools. The city is small, but full of nature and very charming downtown. Even though many didn't speak English, everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Custo benefício excelente,boa equipe de recreação infantil ,ótima comida e prazeiroso para os adultos.O lado negativo é a falta de um pequeno lanche entre o almoço e o jantar(apesar de ser possível o atendimento com pedido ao restaurante ,mas com custo)

Pousada tradicional em Penedo, sempre quis conhecer a Suarez e a oportunidade surgiu no feriadão de 12/10. Infelizmente, por mais de 1200 reais a diária (valor muito alto, mesmo sendo feriado e pensão completa), esperávamos mais. E é pensando nesse valor, idêntico ao de um all inclusive premium no nordeste, que faço esta avaliação. Pontos positivos: fomos muito bem recebidos por toda a equipe (recepção, restaurante e camareiras); nossas pets foram muito bem recepcionadas; não cobram taxa por pet; jardins bonitos, fazendo um belo contraste com os chalés coloridos dispostos pela propriedade; ar condicionado split; bom chuveiro a gás; varanda agradável no chalé; comida bem temperada e saborosa. Pontos negativos: o chalé do lago n° 36, no qual ficamos, merece uma boa renovação: frigobar em falso, com ferrugem na extremidade, goteiras no banheiro, TV não pegava nenhum canal direito (apesar da TV por assinatura) e wi-fi sumia mais do q funcionava. Nas refeições, apesar de saborosas, esperávamos muito mais variedade.  As sobremesas eram muito fracas. A propriedade em si, apesar de um bonito jardim, merece uma renovada: chão descascando, escorregas da piscina antigos, um dos ofurôs sem a hidromassagem funcionando. Em que pese termos pego toda a estadia com muita chuva, isso não justifica os problemas, considerando o alto valor cobrado. Infelizmente, não recomendo e não retornarei, apesar de toda a cortesia e simpatia com que fomos recebidos.

Adorei o atendimento, instalações e acomodações bem legais. Atendimento família. Parabéns ao André e sua equipe, tratamento top 10. Local ideal para família. Aliás, o que mais me chou a atenção foi o atendimento, a preocupação com a satisfação do cliente, a proximidade da direção com as filias, isso foi incrível.

Passei um final de semana maravilhoso! A Pousada tem várias piscinas e bastante espaço. As Atividades recreativas foram legais. O café da manhã e a comida excelente com bastante variedade de alimentos; sem fila, sem aglomeração. Funcionários muitos educados. Eu recomendo.
