Simple No aircon
The place is close to bus and train station. The front desk is friendly. Closer to stores and restaurants. Vicinity is quiet and locals are friendly. The shower is too small and the curtain is short enough to cover the area. Just be prepared in summer coz there’s no AC. My stay for a week was just fine. Plus you need to pay a local tax just in case you’re not informed.
Very helpful and friendly staff
The hotel is very good comparing to its price , clean and room space is very good. Special thanks to the Staff they are very helpful and friendly. A little bit far from the city center if the RER not functioning.
Mal trato de en la recepción
Llegamos el jueves pasado , era una sola noche ya que nos moveríamos al día siguiente a otra zona . Después de un largo día con mis hijos y mi esposo llegamos al hotel y al subir a la habitación y duchar a mi pequeño, la tina se tapo y era como una pisicna el agua no bajaba . llame a recepcion y el senor ( SLIMAN) me dijo que no tenía otra habitación. Entonces mi esposo bajó a recepción y este señor estaba enfadado y fue una falta de respeto. Nos dio una habitación para que solo nos ducháramos y volviéramos a la habitación . Muy desagradable yo no volvería nunca más ... No lo recomiendo. We arrived last Thursday, it was a single night since we would move the next day to another area. After a long day with my children and my husband we arrived at the hotel and when going up to the room and showering my little one, the tub was covered and it was like a pool the water did not come down. I called reception and the man (SLIMAN) told me he did not have another room. Then my husband went down to reception and this man was angry and it was disrespectful. He gave us a room so we could just take a shower and go back to the room. Very unpleasant I would never go back ... I do not recommend it. Mr. SLiMAn treated my husband very badly. it was disrespectful
Desperately needs attention to details
Let’s start with the good points. The customer service that I received when checking in was Grade A. It was professional, friendly, courteous and accommodating. My French needs work, but it wasn’t a problem because both of the two staff members who were working the front desk spoke English, one much better than the other. The other good points for this property is its close proximity to local transportation. There’s a bus stop on the side of the property and train station within a less than 10-minute walk. Another train station is about a 15-minute walk away. The neighborhood is packed with restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Where this property lacks is regarding upkeep. At first glance, my unit appeared fine. However, on closer inspection I noticed dirty carpet and walls, peeling doors and walls and worn furniture. I also should have been told that the front door access code is changed every Monday. I wasn’t told this important fact and was denied access early one morning when I returned from a night out. I had to buzz the front desk to get in. I picked this property because of it’s price and kitchen in the individual units. However, unless they invest in upkeep I’m not returning during another visit to Paris.
Even below expected low standards
Location, friendliness of staff, and breakfast...so much for the positive parts. Rooms worn out, dirty, icky, smelly and in bad shape. Beds uncomfortable. Toilet 3cm in front of a wall a joke! Horrible!
