Rooms Were Dirty, Towels In Rooms And Pool Area Were Torn And Old, Pool Had Algae And Last 2 Days Even Trash In Pool, Awful Customer Service In Every Area Of Hotel, Had A Room For 4 People And They Left 2 Towels Everyday And Would Get Mad When We Asked For More, No Variety In Food But What They Had Was Good, We Had The All Inclusive Plan But Would Still Get A Bill Everywhere For Whatever You Ate Or Had To Drink; Didnt Have To Pay It But Had To Sign So You Couldnt Leave From Anywhere Unless You Did This So We Always Had To Wait For Them To Bring It. Met Entertainment Team Last Couple Of Days And They Tried Getting Kids And Adults To Do Some Activities Near The Pool Restaurant So At Least Someone Was Trying. We Were Disappointed Because Hotel Could Be So Much Better The Location Is Beautiful They Need Better Management.

My brother had about 51 people travel to Ixtapa for his wedding. The resort is beautiful, staff is very friendly; beach is amazing. Only downfall is the food. The selections are very limited and food was not the best at the buffet. The plated dinning was really good. Wish the resort had more of nightlife; lobby bar was boring. But you can leave the resort the town is about 20 minute ride; lots to do at night. You must take the city tour during the day; you can book with the hotel. Overall it was amazing 5 days in paradise,

Love this place, wonderful staff and the best place to do nothing but relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the property. Do not do the all-inclusive as the prices are so reasonable that it truly is a waste, if you cannot find want you want on the menu just ask and the staff will take care of you.
Overall great experience except for noise

Love the architecture and that every room has an ocean view and private patio. The pools are located away from the hotel and accessed by a charming walk through the abundant foliage. It is a secure property behind a gate and surrounded by jungle. The setting is stunning. Unlike most other hotels in Ixtapa it is on its own private beach. My only complaint is the noise outside our room from the lobby one floor down. So I don’t recommend the 19th floor —it is open to sounds below. The staff is very nice, but polish up on your Spanish—their English isn’t good.
We love this property!

We have been vacationing at this property nearly every year since 2008 and love it. The best part is the staff. They are all hard working, friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are having a good experience. Special mention to Beach staff: Sergio, Margharito, Eduardo, Yalber and David; Lobby Bar: Bladimir, Itzel, Manuel and Rosario. Jazmin att Belavista and Paulino and Moises at Portafino. Love you guys!!
